Comfortable, fab and helpful reception( they have maps and suggestions), and coffee at all hours! Beautiful outside building, rooms are not big but they do what needs to be done, showers are worth it (that water pressure though!). Breakfast is alright- eggs are available on demand and the standard array is out for everyone (toast, cheese, meat and pastries). Wish...

We stayed at the start of our holiday to Argentina and returned twice while going to other areas. The three rooms we were in were all quaint, comfortable, a little quirky in a lovely way and then, of course, there's the great position near good restaurants. Best of all were the lovely staff, super breakfasts offering lots of choice. The...

Breakfast was wonderful, their 24/7 coffee machine was the best coffee we had all trip, but most importantly the staff catered to every need we had! From the chilled bottle of champagne to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary upon arrival, to the recommendations for meals and activities, the Duque staff hit the mark with their attentiveness and warm, friendly demeanor!...

Loved this hotel in the Palermo section of Buenos Aires! We communicated with the staff via email before we arrived. They did a fantastic job of having someone with a name placard waiting for us at the very large and busy international airport. They also arranged taxi transport the next day to the J. Newbery domestic airport for our visit...

Charming hotel on the perimeter of the Palermo district. Having traveled 28 hrs from the US the courtyard surrounding the outdoor pool was perfect to regenerate the batteries for a couple of hours. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in guiding us to various dining venues. The hotel even emailed us a week prior offering transport to/from the airport...

It is difficult to praise the hotel enough! The friendliest staff I have ever encountered with Eva, Noa, Rafa and Haq. Rich sources of information, helpfulness and friendliness. The flowers in the room on the return-stay with the nice card made me really feel at home. Great breakfast with home cooking for breakfast. Fresh coffee and tea during the day....

The friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered! We dealt with 3 different people on reception who were all wonderful. In fact, when we arrived very tired, we were greeted with "Welcome home", what a lovely thing to say. Finally, great coffee in a B.A. Hotel and wonderful eggs cooked how you like!

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
