This hotel is not in the centre of things, but neither is it in a bad district.Taxis are very cheap in BA but the drivers don't know where the hotel is ! So carry the address with you. The staff are really helpful and interested in your needs and it has a really nice swimming pool, which is so welcome in the middle of Summer. The staff can't do enough for you whether it be calling you a taxi or printing off boarding cards. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was huge and the shower lovely.
Unfortunately, your shower stall was broken. No one was seriously hurt, however if you would like people like us to stay at your hotel next time, would you please make sure that there is no malfunctioning going on
I stayed there last week during a conference . The rooms are fine , the food is average. There is no Bar or a place to have coffee or a snack, there is no place to sit with people and the swimming pool is attached to one of the conference halls so you cant really use it when there are people. The location is a bit off the city center, and the shops around it and the whole area closed early in the evening and it feels unsafe to wonder around. I had a very upsetting and uncomfortable event when the front desk claimed that they cant accept payment in cash , and if I like to pay cash they have to add to the price 21% tax! !!! They made me pay with my credit card, although I explained that its a privet card and that i would pay more due to currency change rates , and that I have the full amount in cash ready to pay. So, if you have too.... its ok to stay there, but if you have an alternative- go for it. …
Staff was excellent and helpful. Appreciated them help book local trips. Good breakfast. Full selection. Swimming pools were cold. Never saw one person using them. Great gym equipment. Spacious rooms. USB jacks were appreciated. Big shower. Plenty of hot water. Good views of the city from the 19th floor. Only one English speaking channel on the TV. I know, I’m in a Spanish speaking country.
Despite the location, (but you have many kinds of transport) the hotel is new, clean and with a excellet staff. We had no problem to go outside. As we stay for just a day we went out for dinner calling a Cabify for transport. Everything was perfect.
