The location can't be beat. The staff was helpful and kind, the rooms were huge and architecturally interesting. It was a wonderful building. My only complaint was, that as the father I showered last. After four before me, the water was always cold.

Forcadell Apartments/Tres65: When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room on the 3rd floor, which the receptionist told us was a complimentary upgrade. When we got to the room, we were taken aback as it was huge! There were separate areas for the kitchen, dining, and sofa area. We had a dressing table that separated the living...

Great location 2 blocks from Teatro Colon. Many restaurants on major pedestrianized street one block behind hotel and small grocery stores nearby. Classic old building with balconies and extensive decorative molding inside and out, marble stairs, etc.. Our apartment was the largest hotel facility we have ever had with separate living room, dining room/kitchen and two large bedrooms, one with...

The Tres65 Forcadell Apartments makes a wonderful home base for exploring Buenos Aires. Only two short blocks to the Grand Boulevard and BA's exquisite Opera House, and many cafés. The hotel features large spacious apartments, comfortable beds, free wifi and a very helpful staff. The hotel offers a typical breakfast cold meats, baked goods, cereal and yoghurt. While overall the...

Tres65 is located on a narrow street. There is no hotel's name-board outside. So our taxi driver asked people around there in Spanish to find the hotel. The room smelled smoking especially in the living room. There were a dozen of small flies in the room, and hotel staffs got rid of them by our request. Other than that, it...

Tres65 is the new name for the Forcadell Apartments. They may be upgrading the hotel but not sure. The location is great. You can walk to several restaurants and the neighborhood is safe. The rooms are huge which is a nice change from a lot of the hotels. It wasn't that the rooms were dirty, I am just not sure...

This hotel/apartment is located in the financial district of Buenos Aires. The rooms were huge! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness not the best. Not sure if it's just so old the stains are permanent or cleaning just isn't a priority. It could use some updating as well. I also wasn't crazy about the fact that there wasn't...

I loved these apartments, because they have obviously been refurbished but the character and "feel" of the original place has been retained, a lovely first floor mezzanine level where you look up at the lovely iron balustrade. Our room was large, bright and very comfortable. The shower was a bit rubbish but there was always hot water, I liked the...
