Great service, nice boutique hotel. Would recommend this hotel for the Palermo area if you are looking for more high end accomodation with personal touch. The roof terrace offers a good oppertunity to relax and cool off in the plunge pool.

We have always liked boutique hotels for their intimacy and the NUSS exceeded our expectations. This 25 room gem is tucked in Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires very close to all the action and excellent eateries. We booked three nights two of which were separated by an overnight to Iguazu. The hotel stored the luggage we did not need and was...

Made us feel comfortable after a long, much delayed flight Well designed rooms. Love the open atrium. Room decore was fun and modern. Staff was accommodating for our early morning departure. Home made granola was to die for !

You might not think it if, like us, its your first visit to Buenos Aires but this is a great location which particularly comes to life in the evening. Its a reasonably affluent residential area with lots of restaurants, bars and small shops - about 15 minutes walk to the Metro at Plaza Italia which will take you straight to...

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Nuss Hotel. The staff was very friendly especially Victoria the reception manager. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. An Irish pub right across the road. The rooms were lovely with free wifi. Really can't fault this hotel. It's lovely, small and intimate

This is a well located hotel where you can easily walk out to the bars, restaurants and shops. The service at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet, but the bathrooms was quite small. Breakfasts are served in the attractive ground floor restaurants and offer a good variety.

It's hard to fault Nuss. Located in the heart of Palermo Soho, efficient and friendly staff, well maintined facilities including a rooftop pool area, excellent breakfast. Our 2nd floor room was spacious and very comfortable featuring contemporary decoration and furnishings. Although looking down onto the junction of El Salvador and Borges there was little street noise from late night/early morning...

We stayed at Nuss for the last 2 days of our trip to Argentina, and we were completely delighted with the facility and the marvelous staff. The front desk team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and speak English very well. From the first minute to the last, they could not have been better. The room with a balcony was spacious...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days during our honeymoon. The Nuss is in a good location with a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. No real complaints except the wireless internet was spotty, sometimes it worked and most times it did not. The rooms were cozy but the shower flooded after every use. The staff...

As others have already mentioned, the location in Palermo is extremely central and convenient. Nice rooms. Depending on who was at the front desk, we experienced inconsistent service. Carlos actually directed us to the wrong restaurant one evening (he confused Don Julia and Lo De Jesus), and the car service he called for us to the airport arrived very late...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
