This hotel offers great value for money! Its location is perfect, very central, you can walk to most places from here. I even walked to Bocanio from here, which was a little under an hour. There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I particularly enjoyed the 'Le Caravelle' cafe next door which served the best coffee in the area surely? Your room tend to be in small size, but is clean and made everyday. The aircon worked perfectly though. I was on the 5th floor and found it very quiet. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. It's a shame they do not speak English, however Google translation would do! They helped me book a taxi to the airport the last day, and to the old man who took me to my cab on my last day, I am so so very sorry I didn't have any cash left to give you a tip, which made me feel so bad when seeing you smiling waving me goodbye. I am sorry! …
The hotel is centrally located for reaching many attractions in BA ,lots of restaurants & money exchange places are nearby....The rooms are small but very clean & the staff was very cooperative... although we had language problem we could communicate with the help of google translate....they arranged transport for airport in early morning for reasonable price....certainly recommend this budget hotel.
The location of the hotel is great near of subte station and near of a lot of attractions in the Buenos Aires Town Center. Daniela, the front desk girl, kindly allowed us to do the check in a couple of hours before the schedule time, also provided useful tips to have lunch and basic information about the hotel surroundings. I asked to delete the taxes in the bill of our stay, given that this is a practice in Argentina for foreign tourists, and they provided the updated the bill very kindly. The rooms are small but very clean, and very well equiped with toiletries and a small refrigerator. If you need strong WIFI signal you must ask for a room located with strong signal, because it is weak in some areas of the hotel. I definetely recommed this place because for the price, service and cleanliness it is worthy.…
Location is very central and close to the subte which is handy. I arrived at the bus station and it was very easy to get there just by using the subte. I was there for 2 nights only to rest before taking a flight back home, so location was ideal. I had a very early flight and they helped me to arrange a transfer to the airport for a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and quiet spacious, with a large TV, safety box and aircon. The shower had a good water flow and very nice and hot. Lots of restaurant and grocery stores nearby. CONS: Wi-fi was a bit slow at times, and it kept dropping during my stay. I was in the 3rd floor. It seemed to work better in the reception area.
We had an OK stay at this hotel, which has clean rooms for an adequate price in the city center. Breakfast is a bit poor in our opinion. Nevertheless, we were quite surprised by the hotel's staff - upon arrival we were told that no rooms were available, even though we had booked in advance. We were also told that the site with which we had booked it did not allow them to communicate with us - which was not true. The concierge then proceeded to tell us that there was a water problem in the room when in reality, after much debate, it turned out that the room was not available because of another customer's late checkout. We ended up checking in much later than expected.
