The welcome and friendliness are second to none. We booked self catering but no cooking facilities (in our apartment), but Momma was a diamond in the catering for snacks and breakfasts. Metin was very friendly and helpful at all times, but the room was very basic and the beds not very comfortable. Aircon worked eventually but definitely needs upgrading

The hotel itself looks lovely the pool and the building, however the rooms are disgusting. We were supposed to get a three room apartment instead we got a double bed and a sofa, which were very uncomfortable, the toilets are stained and horrible. Also the boss Micheal ripped us off a lot making us pay for AC and the locks...

I'm 20 years old and went on a holiday with my two friends, we arrived at the hotel at midnight and 'Metin' was sat in the lobby talking to his 'Essex friends' (his clique) - when we went into the lobby he was acting as if we haven't even booked a room, he began acting suspicious and slowly looking through...

We arrived at Malibu at some ungodly hour in the morning and desperate for sleep. We walked around looking for any signs of life or a note, nothing. About 15 mins later after banging on the bar door a bloke greeted us (the infamous Metin) he took us to our room and immediately we hit our first problem. The dreaded...

Stayed at Malibu 24 – 8 August 14 nights self-catering. Despite our flight being delayed by two hours from Gatwick the apartment was not ready! We were offered the Attic Studio until 12 midday. When we booked this holiday I specifically stated to Truly Travel (Truly Awful Travel) we did not want the Attic Studio as we are tall at...

Stayed here for 10 days but wish it was longer, ok the rooms are basic but very clean, the family who own it bend over backwards to help, food & drink here are not overpriced & good quality. Most definitely want to go back there again.
