I never do reviews but the level of customer service provided by MUSTAFA and his staff is outstanding. He goes above and beyond. Place is spectacular, amazing view, food, clean and great location. Highly recommended if you visit Oludeniz.
This was by far the best hotel experience we’ve ever had in Turkey, and we have stayed at many top-end resorts. We stayed in Room 7, which I would highly recommend. It has a very large balcony with a jacuzzi overlooking the most breathtaking view of Oludeniz. It was so peaceful and beautiful and refreshing to wake up every morning to that gorgeous view. The Infiniti pool with the same gorgeous view was also fantastic! The best part of our stay however, was the amazing personalized customer service provided by Mustafa Bey and his team. Every single detail was perfection, from the incredible food, the artistic presentation, the most delicious cocktails, etc. They remembered every detail about things we liked and disliked and really catered to our preferences in every way possible. No other place I have stayed at previously can compare in this regard. Yes, the prices may be a little higher than some of the other places in the area, but it was the best money we spent during our vacation and I look forward to going back there again sometime soon in the future! Make sure you enjoy a delicious dinner at sunset at least once there during your stay. It is something you will never forget. (Just be sure to wear long pants and put on mosquito repellant as there were a lot there at dusk while we were there).…
I choose the room with the private pool !! Amazing ! Couldn’t describe this lovely place more !! They really made my vacation better!! The stuff are soooo friendly and helpful ! They are happy to serve anytime!! So happy to be here I’ll come back for sure !! Don’t miss the breakfast is the best everything is fresh ❤️❤️❤️
We stayed at Beyaz Yunus on six or seven occasions when the hotel was working with Exclusive Escapes, a UK based company. EE collapsed a few years ago and we had not returned since, because we were a little concerned that, in a hotel with just 7 rooms, the atmosphere would be very different. Well, we returned for four nights earlier this month and are delighted to say that everything felt just the same. Not only did the inimitable Mustafa still remember us, he even remembered our favourite wines and drinks, our favourite lunches and the fact that we always have a Turkish coffee after dinner! We used to stay in either room 1 (the pool suite) or room 5 (which has the largest terrace), but these were not available as we booked quite late, so instead we chose room 4 which was great, with a terrace only slightly smaller than room 5. The bed was comfortable and the aircon effective. The hot tub was a great place to cool off with a drink and watch the amazing sunsets. The bathroom was superb, the shower end of the bathroom opening right out onto the very private terrace. The hotel has a rustic style but feels luxurious at the same time. We were a little concerned initially because they have a new chef, but the food was as wonderful as ever. In the EE days, most people tended to eat the same meals, but now, although there is no menu as such, you can discuss food options with Mustafa in the morning and choose exactly what you want. The pool is not massive but offers stunning views over the Oludeniz beach and lagoon. It was never crowded, and there are plenty of sun-loungers and umbrellas available. There may not be a swim-up bar, but Mustafa floats your drinks out to you in the middle of the pool! There are just two negatives to mention. The wifi is better than it used to be, but is still really patchy around the hotel and difficult to pick up in the rooms. And the music at night from Oludeniz can be quite intrusive, especially if you want to relax on your terrace after dinner. Oludeniz is not our favourite resort, but at least it’s family orientated rather than 18/30 style. Would these negatives prevent us from returning? Absolutely not. Everything else about the hotel is so great that these issues just pale into insignificance. Thanks for everything Mustafa, we will see you again very soon. Jackie & Chris…
