While the rooms are described as basic and could use an update, the cleanliness and comfort are consistently praised. The hotel's vibrant atmosphere and evening entertainment are popular, though some guests mention the music can be too loud. Would have liked to give a good rating average seems mean but very good is a little generous. Agree with the previous review the hotel overall is just ok. Rooms are basic but nice cleaning could be better floor always felt gritty like it had been mopped but not swept. if you want your room cleaned you have to use the door sign provided so the cleaners know that they are welcome to enter (corona). Bed sheets and towels were grey looking and could do with updating. The hotel grounds are very pretty and its location is perfect. The pool area is nice enough on arrival sun loungers were very well spaced for social distancing but the hotel got busier in second week and this seemed to lapse in order to accommodate guests with beds difficult situation for the hotel. Restaurant was very hot and did get a bit congested at peak times. Food wasn't bad when you consider the price paid for the holiday and take out the cost of the flight. We went out every evening for meals and still feel we had over all good value from the ai package. I think if you stay / eat in day and night you will get bored very quickly so budget to go out and use the hotel as a good base with added extras. It doesn't cost much more than a 3* B&B and aircon and fridge are included. Found the staff to be very friendly especially the bell boy who worked on the beach last year and the ladies from the entertainment team. Had a great holiday and would certainly return again but if you want a luxury all inclusive experience you need to go up a star or 2 and pay the extra ££

This hotel felt very safe, due to temperature checks every time entering the hotel and dining room, also there are hand sanitisers everywhere and a high level of cleanliness in pool and rooms. The dining room was a challenge as the high customer footfall but the staff tried their best.
The Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Sunny from the Spa, he always says hello, has a chat and is friendly, he makes you feel at home and welcome. The Turkish bath and massages are EXCELLENT! and the daily hotel towels is a nice extra too.
The porter took our bags to our rooms and showed us how to use aircon etc when we arrived.
As we are all adults we spent our time at the Relax pool, this made our holiday, its music and kids free which was perfect way to unwind and have a relaxing break. The pool bar manager kept it this way in a friendly polite way and we were able to get a plentiful supply of cold drinks. We looked forward to 4pm when we could have a ice-cream too.
The food was excellent and very authentic Turkish food, casseroles, appetisers, salads, grilled fish and grilled meats lots of variety, with chips, rice and chicken nuggets, pasta etc available for kids. They have adapted well with the screens to serve the food to you through a hatch. The watermelon is so juicy and there is a range of Turkish desserts. At breakfast there is panckes, freshly cooked omlettes, yoghurts, salads, cold meats ,bread, jams and fruit.
It is hot to eat but due to Covid they probably have to keep the doors open so air con isn't effective.
The rooms are good, everything you need, clean and excellent aircon! They have a red and green door tag system, so that you can indicate that the room is safe for cleaners to enter for social distancing.
Great resort, lots of bars, shops and some excellent trips,Jeep safari, boat trip and paragliding are a must.
The beach is not suitable to little children because of the waves but this suited us, the blue lagoon would suit young children.
We didn't join in with the animation as we preferred to go out to the bars by the beach. It would have been nice to have a relax adults bar in the evening too enjoy a peaceful drink.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here.

We arrived at around 10pm our temperature was checked on the mini bus before entering. We completed forms on check in and were shown around the main areas of the hotel and our room by Faruk who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay (Thank you Faruk :-) )

Our room was above reception. We had a double bed and bunk beds. The balcony was large and we could see the sea. The air conditioning was great and there was a fridge with water, hairdryer, kettle in the room. Everything we needed and it was cleaned daily. Bathroom was nice and modern too!

The hotel has two pools one more for families and where the entertainment and snack bar is. The other is a relaxing pool. Both pool have bars and we always managed to find a sunbed.

The restaurant always had plenty of choices, we really enjoyed the meals. There was always a good choice of meat and veg dishes. Plus fresh salad, desserts and fruits. We were served through plastic screens and all staff were great with ensuring things were clean and wearing masks. Our temperature was checked every time we entered the restaurant.

The hotel is located directly opposite the beach and about 5 mins walk to the main shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed Bella Gusto, Jade and sunset beach bar.

Gordon our Jet2holidays Rep was very helpful and was always available when we needed him and gave us some great advice and tips.

We enjoyed our spa treatments which were recommend by Sunny who was always so friendly. We would recommend the spa as it was great value for money and all the spa staff were very friendly.

Overall we have really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely like to come back. The hotel have handled the covid situation very well and we felt very safe throughout. Hand sanitiser was available everywhere. The staff have been amazing and so friendly. Also a big thank you to Huriye at reception.

We stayed here 1-10 August (we are a family of four).

Covid wise the hotel was well signed especially in the restaurant, and we had our temperatures checked every time we arrived at the restaurant, and after leaving boundaries of the hotel (after visiting beach etc).

We all had a Turkish bath and massage with the spa team, and Sunny and his team were fantastic. They always went out of their way to say hello, and ask how we were. Amazing experience.

The two ladies who were part of the entertainment crew (sorry to say that their names escape me. One was French / Lebanese, the other Turkish). They were friendly, and organised some fun activites, such as water polo, aqua aerobics, and great childrens games.

The restaurant had a good choice of food every mealtime (I understand what some of the reviews mean by restrictive), but given that the serving areas seemed to be further in the room, suggested to me it was a reduced service given the current climate. Great meatballs/stews/kebabs/ choice of salads. The pool bar did very good burgers as well is you fancied one at lunchtimes.

Our room overlooked an empty swimming pool, but this wasn't a problem as we hardly spend time on the balcony, and during out last day workmen started to clean it up and refill it. The maids cleaned everyday, and the mini-fridge was restocked with Pepsi, still and sparking water.

We had some photos taken by Matt the Photographer and he was fantastic. He was not pushy, but very friendly and took some great family pictures which were very cheap to buy.

Overall this was a great hotel, good location, and we would stay again. We were supposed to holiday in Gran Canaria but due to the quarantine restriction the week before we needed to choose another destination. So glad we chose this one.

I was amazed to see such a poor review on here from early September, which is when we visited. We had a completlely different experience altogther. I found check in quick and efficienct and we were happy to see that out temperature was taken upon arrival and plently of hand sanitiser was available throughout. The whole gardens and grounds are beutifully kept and regularly maintained. Our room was clean and adequate for a family of 3 or 4. I would certainly opt for a family room as they have bunk beds, provided you have children.

We found the pool area clean and friendly and there were always sunbeds available most times of the day. The entertainment team worked hard trying to get people involved in games and water related activities, whilst not being too intrusive.

We particularly likes Sunny who promotes theTurkish Wellness Spa and bath. He usually sits outside of the dining hall entrance and although is a good salesman, does not give you the hard sell. We were taken by the competitive price of the treatments and opted for 2 treatments during our stay which only cost around £70 for a family of 3, where we really were pampered and finished with a really relaxing massage. I highly reccomend this spa and although you may find slightly cheaper along the strip, you essentially get what you pay for. Dont stay here, without trying this spa.

We got a last minute booking with Jet2 and basically used it as a base whilst also eating out in the local area and also in an aread called Hisaronu - s short 5 min taxi ride away (£3) We found the Jet2 Rep Gordon so helpful indeeed, he assisted us with a little map which enabled us to take our son to a waterpark in Calis, Fetiyhe. Due to the local ones being closed as a result of Covid Restrictions.

Meals at the hotel, when we did so were very plentiful and full of choice with the most amazing salads on offer. The dining room was regularly cleaned and operated a strict policy of taking your temperature upon entering, and hand sanitiser was available upon entry and on every table. Service was a little frustrating, but understandable in these times. It was like being served through a letterbox as the buffet areas were very heavily screened off with perspex and servers behind. On some occasions there werent enough servers. Buy hey ho, its unusual times and wont last forever.

We found the local restaurants plentiful, friendly and very reasonably priced. We used Ottoman, Bella Gusto, Mimosa, Shine Indian and all were really nice. Boat trips are very competitively priced, we went on the Black Pearl, £40 for a family of 3 for a full day, including a very nice lunch on board consisting of freshly grilled fish our chicken, beautiful salaads, and a nice rice dish.

Upon arrival our luggage was sprayed with disinfectant before being taken to our room by the lovely Faruk (Farick)!! Room was cleaned each time we left the notice on the door, air conditioning worked fine and was a welcome relief from the heat.
Could do with sheets on bed that fit the bed and can be tucked in.
Temperature checks when entering the restaurant and when returning from beach or surrounding area, hand sanitizer everywhere, felt safe with these measures in place.
Restaurant food, whilst limited in choice was ok, we always found something to eat.
Can't comment on the main pool as spent all of our time at the adult only pool which was lovely and peaceful.
Staff were friendly and helpful: Sunny from the spa was helpful and did his job well to get people into the spa without being pushy or pressurised.
Faruk (Farick)!! was exceptionally helpful and always had a smile and time for a chat.
Mehmet the hotel photographer did some lovely photos for us and we never felt pressured to buy the photos.
Location of hotel is excellent, short stroll to the beach (I would advise beach shoes for getting in and out of the sea) and short stroll to the sea front and numerous bars and restaurants.
Lovely 3 star hotel.

Just arrived home from a week's holiday at Olu Denize Beach Resort by Z Hotel. As this resort was listed as 3* & was a last minute booking I have to say on arrival I was pleasantly surprised as this little resort is beautiful. Rooms were basic but spotless. The Management take the current issues seriously, we witnessed sunbeds being disinfected nightly, temperature taken regularly, there are hand sanitizers everywhere and rooms are thoroughly cleaned by a team when guests left. The resort is situated in a bay location with stunning views and is a 5 minute walk away from all the shops & restaurants. The staff are amazing! Special mention to Mehmet, the photographer, who took some lovely photos & Sunny who is part of the spa team. Highly recommended a massage, best I've had. Both pool areas are clean & plenty of sunbeds. The only downside is the beach area used by the hotel, it needs more bins closer to the beds as a lot of inconsiderate visitors think it's OK to leave rubbish. Also the WiFi coverage is poor, only in reception & on a good day by the pool. All in all a brilliant holiday. We will return!

Arrived home from this hotel on September the 5th .
Overall it was good.
All the staff were polite and helpful especially Sunny from the massage and spa facility and Mehmet the hotels photographer ( who also recommended a few local restaurants.)
The rooms were basic but cleaned when you put the card on the outside of the door.
Our room was 305 it was noisy due the the 7 aircon units attached to the outside wall. The higher rooms over by the quiet pool looked to be in the best location.
The food was hit and miss.
Breakfast not a great choice and eggs not cooked properly.
Lunch we eat by the pool Chips cold a few times the burgers were ok .
Dinner hit and miss but found something to eat .
The drinks were ok .
The beach was a 2 minute walk away no problem getting a sunbed , only issue was rubbish around the sunbeds which was ashame.
Never had an issue getting 4 sunbeds by the main pool.
The quiet pool has the best wi-fi.
We walked to the blue lagoon stayed the day there food and drinks there were really cheap.
Had a great cheap tasty English breakfast
at Tonoz beach resort 5mins from the hotel.
The hotel did regular temperature checks , hand sanitiser was available, free face masks were available at reception and vacated rooms were thoroughly cleaned.
Overall we all had a great cheap holiday and would definatley return.

This hotel is the worst place i have stayed, the food is vile. So many families we met had to eat out, the restaurant is 100 degrees. You que up for some rice, then you que for chicken, then a drink, by the time you sit down the food is cold and the drink is warm. The relax pool wont allow kids, the main big pool is closed due to construction but we were told the owners have fell out and thats why it is closed and the other pool, people kept pooing in it (not the hotels fault) but they did not rush to clean it. Getting a sunbed is a joke, set the alarm for 5 and then towards the end of the holiday even then i was walking out and they had all gone, too may guest and like 80 beds. The hygiene is not great, the food by the pool is covered in sweat from the staff serving it, again not there fault. Over worked and not enough staff. Location saved our holiday. Many people asked jet 2 to move but at a cost which is disgusting as the kids where starving because they didnt want to eat turkey gulash every night and some people did not have the budget to eat out. Take ant powder with you as they are everywhere, they are on your toothbrush. The rooms are not cleaned, twice we asked ad it didnt happen. We had to ask for fresh towels and we ended up taking toilet roll from local restaurants, the pool toilets as we had none in our room. We had the bin men come and empty the bins early hrs of the morning reallly loud every day. The hotel shop is more expensive then the strip, 18 quid for a lilo but 6 quid on the strip. The rooms are very verysmall, not ideal for a family. Like a zed bed leaning againest the double bed. Defo should be a hotel for adults. The relax pool is nice, the entertainment in the day is aimed at adults. They say kids cant join in, the night entertainment is a kids disco at 9 and then some yawn fest bingo, singer afterwards. So basically if u have kids between 5-16 dont bother. There is no football or tennis that is advertised. They all have to que up for a go of the one table tennis table.

This hotel is in the best location for everything.
It is literally on the beach and the main strip is less than 4 minutes away.
This hotel is great for families with lots of entertainment for both children and adults and the rooms are fresh and cleaned daily.
All inclusive is excellent with 3 meals a day and pool bar snacks in between which is great for the children.
Overall I would rate this hotel excellent and would definitely return.
