My friend and I have just returned from a 2 week stay (our second) at the Tumen. It is a lovely clean and well run hotel. Charlie and his staff have never been anything other than courteous and helpful towards us even though we prefer to go to the beach each day and go into the village in the evenings....

We booked the Tumen hotel because of it location price and previous reviews. The hotel is basic but it's location next to the bars restaurants and shops ( for the girls) is good. The rooms are kept very clean and are serviced every day. In addition the showers are modern and not one of those drip drip ones you often...

If you enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday with friendly service then DO NOT even consider coming to this hotel. I have never met such unfriendly staff as Charlie and his son. Turkish people are the friendliest, most accommodating people but not this man. He even sits like a vulture at the bar to watch how much food you are taking...

Do not stay in this hotel if you plan to go out to restaurants or bars they do not like it. Charlie is a horrible man who treats his staff terribly ordering them about, he sits all day watching them and all his customers, if you go out you can feel his eyes boring into you. We ate three times...

This was our third visit to the Tumen, an hotel which deserves to be advertised. This is an oasis in the town of Hisaronu. The rooms are basic, but very clean. The bathroom is very modern with a power shower and constant hot water. Every room has a good sized balcony. There are no kettles, so bring your own. There...
