This was our second visit back to this beautiful hotel, the first time it was just myself and my husband and this June we visited with our two year old son. We came back to this resort because it was our first family holiday abroad and from the previous time we knew what to expect. I have visited many five star hotels in and around Belek and this is my favourite so far. I feel like Belek is becoming the new Dubai . The hotel is beautiful from the pools and the gardens to the restaurants and rooms. The a la carte restaurants are fantastic and we enjoyed tasting the different variety of food to what we would normally have at home. The food at the Asian was amazing , and the food and atmosphere at the greek restaurant was fantastic. Our waiter Called Recep went above and beyond to make our experience a good one, we enjoyed the Greek dancing and the plate smashing was fun. We took advantage of using the table service at peoples restaurant and ate here most dinner/ breakfast times , having our toddler with us we found it easier being served than each taking it in turns to go to the buffet as it was huge !
The new Godiva cafe was an excellent touch and we always had a coffee on the decking in the morning and took some chocolate back to the room of an evening .
The staff in the Irish bar were so friendly and attentive . My only niggle about drinks is on our previous visit in the Irish bar I was able to have cocktails while my husband had a beer, He prefers draught beer and this was only served in this bar compared to bottled in the others. Unfortunately only a selected few shorts and mixers were available this time and cocktails in other bars .
The kids club area was great they have a small indoor soft play area and trampolines and park , my son especially loved the kids pool and splash park. We didn’t use the kids buffet as we had lunch in the food court area most days and there was plenty for my toddler to eat there. The arcade area was great , no money required for the rides just push the button as many times as they want, There was a bowling alley and some pool tables too. We went to land of legends one day and went to visit masha and the bear and had a photo opportunity. We didn’t see any shows but we used the kids splash area . Drinks were expensive and we didn’t eat as we were full up from breakfast so didn’t have lunch until we got back to the hotel. The shuttle service is great and towels were provided when we arrived.
I used the spa once and enjoyed a massage , the pool and swim up bar in the spa area was like heaven and I would recommend this area if you want some peace .
I particularly liked the new WhatsApp service the hotel provides. We had the daily entertainment schedule sent every morning and anything we needed i.e ironing board/bell boy we could request via the chat .
Our room was clean and spacious, and our maid was so lovely,we were provided with kids toiletries with a cute sponge and slippers , such a cute touch. All in all a fantastic hotel and I would love to come back and visit once we have saved up :-) Thanks Rixos

Great place for relaxing luxury holiday, beautiful well maintained surroundings it was paradise. Iv stayed at many all inclusive hotels around the world but this got to be one of my favourites. My family stayed during UK school half term holiday from 14th until 21st Feb 2020.
Rooms are cleaned to high standard and has nice walk-in shower we had sea view family room 3018 fantastic view of the mountains and sea and could see the fountain show every evening at 9pm. The room was near the spa which was handy. Spent most of our time on the beach, spa and land of legends. Excellent spa facilities and heated indoor pool. This hotel will give you free access to land of legends theme park there is regular shuttle bus. The kids enjoyed land of legends, free sweets as you enter, went two of the days dolphin show was great and 5d cinema and rides were fun.
We went Belek City centre one of days walking takes 45 mins, cab about 10 mins.
The kids club is open from 10am until 11pm.
Special thanks to Victoria at kids club she is credit to the hotel and very kind and friendly my kids were in safe hands and enjoyed the activities at kids club.
Special thanks to Yusuf guest relations manager making our stay special and dealing with any special requests from my family.
Thanks to the restaurant staff all head waiters especially Dukan one of head waiters, Mohamed waiter staff and Jeetrandra Indian chef.
Jeetrandra took of our catering special requests as vegetarians in the evening very kind and highly skilled gentleman and credit to the hotel, the food he cooked was tasty and delicious and the food was fantastic high quality my family enjoyed the food.
There is great coffee shop and ice cream parlour open until late evening There is also midnight snacks at hotel from midnight until 2am we had snacks the first day we got to hotel at midnight.
The shops also good at the hotel in French quarter my wife brought a lovely Turkish lamp back to the UK the chap made a great job wrapping the glass lamp.
This hotel caters for vegans and Vegetarians so much choice. We will coming back and potentially party of 18 people can’t wait, thank you Rixos Cheers

This was our first family holiday abroad since our son was born & the Rixos in Belek did not disappoint.
This is a luxury 5 star resort with all the trimmings.
The rooms are big & spacious with all the modcoms you desire, my wife loved the TV because when it’s off it acts as a mirror and blends in with rest of the furniture.
The hotel has numerous bars & restaurants. The al-carte restaurant need to be booked in advance but are included if on all inclusive. Avoid the Italian it’s choice of menu is poor & food wasn’t great. If you want Italian food is at it in the main buffet restaurant. The main buffet restaurant has loads of choice, you can do a world tour.
The one that deserves the most credit is Deepak, the Indian chef. Our son is a very fussy eater & loves traditional Indian food. Having Deepak on-site was a life saver because he was able to make the dishes that our son eats everyday without any fuss. He is a brilliant chef, his butter chicken was to die for. I would say to the hotel management that they give Deepak his own restaurant.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the Land of Legends theme park, this is a must go. The place is amazing with a shopping centre and wonderful seafood restaurant.
Whilst we were there the hotel chain was celebrating its 20th anniversary and had a big party in the resort in the beach bar. This was a welcome surprise & fantastic way to end our stay.
Will definitely come back.

Spent the last 2 months in Rixos Belek. It has an amazing location, extremely big complex with nature and water hugs each other. Very long and wide beach, large lounge area at the beach on the grass as well.
Restaurant has premium food, open buffet with very friendly personal, especially the chief Zuhri with a smiling face and very positive personality makes sure all guests are satisfied.
Adem, the entertainment manager, is very keen on satisfying all customers, personally hearing their requests and making it happen. The team working under him, Firat, Can and most others were very personable besides their great service.
They were very committed to sterilization during these though days and readjusted the regulations promptly as the requirements changed.

Spacious and clean rooms, very COVID aware. Staff amazing, cannot do enough for you. They all work so hard and are so friendly. The beach bar is the place to be to watch the sunset and live music every night. Hakan looked after us and works so hard behind the bar. No limit on fresh clean beach towels, bottled water in fridges in a number of locations on the beach and around pools. Premium brand drinks, smoothies, cocktails all included. A la Carte Italian and fish restaurant good. The Turkish restaurant was disappointing. I would recommend a visit to the steak restaurant - it’s an extra 45/50 euro per person but worth the money. Burcin works hard to make sure the food and beverages are all to a high standard. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough, we are already planning our return

Just got back from Rixos Premium Belek and we had the most wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, staff welcomed us with chocolate and Champaign. Upon check-in we were introduced to our assigned Guest Relations representative and were added to a Whatsapp group for any assistance that would be required during our stay. Everyday they would send the us the entertainment schedule via whatsapp and all of our requests/messages were responded to within minutes and in the post helpful and professional way.
The rooms were clean, and towels were changed twice a day and whilst we were out enjoying the evening entertainment, they would leave a bar of chocolate on our beds every evening.
The main buffet restaurant had so much choice and was so large with a range of food from seafood, Italian, Chinese, Indian and Turkish. The first two days I assumed the buffet ended when we reached the dessert section, only to realise that if I took a left from there, the buffet led to the children's buffet section and Turkish food which was amazing. I found the Indian food/curries to be so flavoursome and each day there were new dishes so it never felt repetitive. A special mention to the chef Deepak who was so friendly and treated each guest as though they are his own family member. He took so much pride in his food, display and ensured he had done his best to make us feel like special guests - thank you Deepak for your hard work. The snack bar outside was also good with a selection of burgers, jacket potatoes, chips, pizza etc, however the People's restaurant was exceptional and so was the service.
The cocktails were also brilliant, the bar staff always ensured the drinks and service were nothing below perfect. My 8 year old daughter enjoyed the mini disco, the kids shows and the swimming pool. The pools were 140 deep all around so I ensured my daughter had her arm bands at all times however I then discovered that the indoor pool is 110 deep which was good especially midday when it got too hot, we were able to use the spa facilities as part of our all inclusive.
The Italian and Greek al a carte restaurants were also included and we were able to go to each of them once during our stay. The location of the Greek restaurant was so lovely, we could see the sun go down whist we enjoyed our meal and then were able to take part in the show/smashing plates which was awesome.
Thank you so much to all the staff at Rixos who made our stay so fantastic. I will definitely be recommending Rixos to my family and friends. I hope we will be back again soon.

The Rixos Premiere Belek Resort is located just south of the great Turkish seaside city of Antalya along the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and near the very small city of Belek. We have stayed at several Rixos Resorts in the past, but this is, by far the best and most professionally run resorts of the lot.
The Rixos Premiere is a very, very large hotel with over 700 rooms, but you never feel the crowds as in each of the hotel faculties such as their: seven main restaurants; long beach and planned activities you don’t feel the crowds. In addition the resorts size is hugh and is located over some forty hectares of land and the beach is over 700 meters in total length. Around the resort are a vast number of special Calabrian Pines and Pistachio Tree in a major forest setting.
This is really a five stars plus resort as it is a 5+ star posh property; has a great Spa; five great Ala Carte restaurants; eight bars and three major outdoor pools and a smaller indoor pool. Now on top of all the above the Rixos Resort has great and personalized service from its entire staff from the top management down to the large number of waitresses and waiters.
They even have a special double decker bus schulte service which takes you to the new The Land of Legends’ Special Recreation area that includes: a large Theme Park; Shopping Avenue and large Hotel.
Now most important is the great food and service provided within this top result during our six day stay.
The food served within all the restaurants was simply fantastic! From the enormous Turquoise Restaurants Buffet which served an unbelievable breakfast; lunch and dinner to the very sophisticated Seafood Restaurant called the A La Carte Rinna Seafood Restaurant. One big surprise was the resorts “Food Court”. When I was researching this resort I read about a food court and I was not too impressed with the concept. Once we arrived and tried the “Food Court” my opinion change. By far it is not a ‘typical food court’ that you see in Malls and Galleries around the world! All the food served was ‘top notch’. We had many great lunches at the various outlets within the Rixos Food Court.
If you are looking for a top quality “All Inclusive Resort” in Turkey, look no further than the Rixos Premiere in Belek. You will not be disappointed, trust me…

We spent a week during half term at the Rixos Premium Belek and it was a return visit from our stay in 2019.
We wasn't sure what to expect given the recent events of COVID but I must say things had improved since our first visit!
It was great to have the People's restaurant as an all day option which was good quality and great service. We had it for breakfast/brunch a number of times when we wanted stay in bed for a bit longer. Also, it was nice to come off our flight late in the evening and still be able to eat off of the late menu on arrival.
The drinks at the beach bar were great and special thanks to Mustapha who knows how to make a good cocktail. They also had staff on hand to usher you to an available bar tender so you were not waiting long.
The quality of food throughout is definitely a highlight and plenty of options in the main buffet restaurant as well as the a la carte options. The Asian restaurant was the best in our opinion! The dishes were delicious and creative with great service. The Italian was also very good and we found it to be a great lunch option. The decor in the Turkish restaurant looked stunning and the food was good. The pattesserie was great as always and nice to have a Starbucks onsight as well as top brand ice creams
The room was well cleaned daily and stocked up each day. The gym and spa facilities were good, just be mindful the spa can be very busy at times.
The Rixy Club was great and our son enjoyed himself once again as well as the quality of the evening shows.
The trips to the Land of Legends are always as added bonus both during the day and the hotel at night.
Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! For what is on offer I'm not sure many of the hotels can compete at this level and you will possibly pay more for a lot less on offer elsewhere! (As we did in Cyprus last year).

This is my third review as I have visited this resort 3 times in 12 months, Dec 2019, Oct 2020 and Dec 2020 due to cheap flight availability and love for my new discovery . I usually go to The magic natura resort in Spain but since I attempted turkey and came to Rixos I have been sold. I must confess I have not been to any other resort in turkey till now, but the resort meets my needs for a luxury holiday.
This is feedback for staff who attended to guests needs, with sincere interest, respect and a warm approach. They relate without bias, no favoritism and they definitely have never influenced me for postive online reviews.
On this trip in December 2020, Yusuf Guvercin stood out for us. He was our main contact on this trip and he made me a Rixos customer for life. Yusuf was proactive, very helpful, nothing was too much for him to sort out from room adjustments, to providing information about the hotel facilities during Xmas lockdown, sorting out my birthday dinner and for my son who never had a birthday overseas, my son Nathan was so happy to be celebrating his birthday on holiday finally , and Yusuf made that happen thank you so much. On WhatsApp he was so quick to respond and even sorted out things for my sister who was meant to arrive at the hotel a week later. I wish you good luck in your career keep up the excellent work you do Yusuf.

My family and I received the same level of care, respect and service provision all the times we visited, and my friends and even other guests we met on-site gave similar feedback .
Our holiday was the best coupled with the Anjana spa where we spent most mornings, the beach beds, beach was nice for runs and sandcastles, falling asleep in the sun in December ! The food was fab as usual and cemhre at the restaurant was an amazing well-come hostess giving sanitizer and face masks and lashes saying hello.

We would like to inform you about the dining options available at our hotel. As per the concept of our hotel , guests are entitled to visit each Ala Carte restaurant once during their stay.
Restaurants are complimentary for our guests. However, please note that there are also additional paid options available on the menus.
To make a reservation at any of our Ala Carte restaurants, we have streamlined the process through our Rixos mobile application. You can easily download the Rixos app and access the Ala Carte Restaurant Reservation tab on our Rixos Premium Belek hotel page.
