Really dated and poorly maintained hotel in central Candi Dasa. I'll not dwell too much on the details here but about the only things that Natia has going for it are the pool, the location, and the air conditioning...everything else is just plain horrible. And, to top it off, it was not necessarily cheap either.

Friendly staff. Room was very dark and worn out. The swimmingpool was well maintained and had a good view. However its not possible to swim in the sea from the hotel. Missed some music and staff to order food/drink at the pool. When just arrived someone instantly approached to sell trips, not staff from the hotel. A bit weird but...

I decided on The Natia as a cheaper option of breaking our stay in the South... booked on line for 6 nights....when we arrived offered a welcome drink and then showed us to our room, it was very dark and dingy with very poor lighting...wife and I "looked" at each other :-( .....went out to the very small pool/pool area,...

So here's my thousand! We got there and was greeted by some friendly faces and a refreshing drink. At first glance it was nice, nothing special like the photos just nice. We were then shown our room to which we were so unhappy by. There were holes in the roof, the air conditioning was loud and hardly working, our bathroom...

Terrible... the toilet flush is always broken, the hot water is not stable, the bath tub is very dirty and disgusting looking. No shampoo provided, when I requested, they just asked me to walk to the nearest convenience store... Duvet is very dirty feeling, they cover it with some kind of white linen, but they do not tie it, so...

First time here and the last time. Reception was good, room looked OK at first but then, in order to let the water out of the sink I had to get under the sink and pull the trigger to let the water out. Only two lights worked and getting into the pool was very dangerous for anyone with something wrong...

wasn't expecting too much, the small hotel looked quite Bali'ish , but when you found out about the place it was quite nice. rooms are huge, and the bed, one could get lost in it. breakfast adequate, and all sorts of activities were arranged by the staff. quite a nice stay!!!

We had two adjoining rooms just steps away from the infinity pool. Very spacious and well appointed but a little dark inside. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, they helped us arrange bike and car rentals and good rates for onward travel. Wifi was patchy in rooms but that is our only complaint, it was nicer to sit by the...

We were walk in customers when our other pre booked accommodation fell through. This hotel was very accommodating, great value for money, lovely staff, central location, comfortable air conditioned rooms. It made Us realise that you do not have to spend big to have good accommodation. We will definitely return here.
