We enjoyed the additional touches of having a flat sheet as well as the duvet together with super fluffy towels, the mosquito spray on hand, the honesty bar and complimentary water and coffee. Accessing the safe with a key was so less stressful than remembering a code too! The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. To be able to eat breakfast...

A beautiful place to stay with Penny's homemade bread as an extra bonus. We would definitely return. Penny gave us some great restaurant recommendations and places to visit. The Franschhoek Pass drive was spectacular. Thanks Penny

We enjoyed our stay here towards the end of our first trip to S Africa. We had bit of difficulty in first finding the address but that may have been a combination of age and a new GPS! Hostess very welcoming and a nice comfortable bed followed by an excellent breakfast

We were warmly welcomed by Penelope and she kindly allowed us to leave our cases there when we arrive in the morning, before the room was ready. It was a reasonable sized room with a pleasing aspect and was clean and well presented. Most things we needed were available, along with the coffee, water and biscuits. Really nice.

Penelope is lovely and so friendly and helpful. She has a wealth of knowledge of the area and is only too happy to chat and give advice on things to see and do. Our room was simple and elegant that just relaxed you straight away - should you need the opposite there is even a Nespresso machine in the room!...

Warm and friendly hospitality, breakfast is very 'lekker', pool is clean and nice for a swim! The area around is quiet and save. Just around the corner are beautiful wineyards. We definately recommend it :)
