Omg this place is heaven on earth. Amazing staff, service and views. The attention to detail to our rooms, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the owners are amazing and are great help if you are looking to explore the grounds. Great area to enjoy a book, by the waterfall. Enjoy a hike or a fun adventure on mountain bikes....

Having visited Cascade on numerous occasions, either for business meetings or staying over with my wife, this time round we went as a family. We have 3 children, all under 9 years old. Room 10 is perfect for a family like ours, with 3 single beds in an adjoining room. Lots of outdoor facilities to keep the kids busy as well....

This hotel is a little gem in a quiet slightly out of the way place. Set in a peaceful surroundings it has friendly staff and comfortable although quite variable types of room. My room did not have either a decent balcony or patio area although some do. However there is an indoor and outdoor pool, available bikes to use and...

Very friendly staff and good service. The owner cooks and meals are superb; one menu at dinner but you won't have any complaints. The gardens, pools and hiking trails make this place worth every penny of the price charged - excellent value for money. We will return!

We had the most beautiful room. Staff amazing. Edwina in the spa did fantastic treatments. Food delicious but limited choice. Sadly bush fires caused a smoke problem. Felt sorry for the owners who must have been very anxious. The location was very special.

Dear Peter Thank you very much for the feedback. Yes the fire was bad on that day but all is settled now and since we did not have any damage to the buildings and mostly just the undergrowth in the forest and orchard was burnt the overall view from the terrace is still pleasant and after the first rain will...

And I have been to a few. Took our driver a while to find this little gem on our travel from Cape Town but when we did we were in awe. Travelled in a party of 6 of 2 couples and 2 brothers and we all said the same. What a stunning property, location and staff. We were early arriving...

Hi There It was great to welcome you here at Cascade Manor. Yes the fires were bad in our area but we were saved and think about our neighbors that were not so lucky. We would love to welcome you back at Cascade Manor. Best Regards Barry Geyer

Cascade Manor does not look like a hotel. In fact it seems to be a guest of a private villa. The few rooms, few guests and very relaxed atmosphere, make you feel like the owner of the villa. The hotel is completely surrounded by nature and appears to be a little isolated. Everything here is fantastic. The pool area, the...

During our rendezvous in the wellington winelands, we stopped at Cascade Manor for lunch. The property is beautifully looked after and has a wonderful location between the mountains. The food was exquisite and the buchu pannacotta was to die for! The owner is very knowledgeable on the area, the local produce and specifically the locally made olive oil. This venue...

We approached Cascade down Waterval Road, which is a bit of a dirt track, with some misgivings. We went through the gate and were immediately very happy to have found it. The buildings had a happy harmony and this extended to the concierge staff who were pleasant, helpful, welcoming and efficient. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better...
