We stayed at the Luxury Apartment with our two kids and loved this place in every way. The apartment itself, the private pool (shared only with one other apartment), the breakfast, the staff, the dinners and brai and especially the dogs! The Leeuwenhof really is a magical place! There is nothing I would change. I can only hope to be...

A perfect location for my last night in South Africa. Comfortable and quiet. Restaurant was closed the night I stayed which was a shame. Breakfast was excellent. Easy access to Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. Less than 1 hour to Cape Town airport.

We stayed in the"barnyard". Secluded, romantic, adventurous. Superb accommodations, delicious to-order breakfasts, memorable South African cuisine at night, then to the camp fire to visit with other travelers.

S was our third visit to de Leeuwenhof and each time it seems to get better. The family/owners are very welcoming and helpful and there is a lovely atmosphere for all age groups. This year we had a tour of the estate and a wine tasting event which was very interesting. We were also well informed about alternative eating places...

With friends and family we booked all the rooms; we stayed in Apartment 2 with its view over the guava estate and use of a private pool (shared with Apartment 1) it was a wonderful room. All the rooms were very comfortable and the main pool and bar area...
