We stayed 3 nights at this fabulous guest house in Knysna. The rooms are stylish and spacious with a fantastic view over the lagoon and the Heads. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They ensured that we had a memorable stay and were very knowledgeable about dining and sightseeing in the local area.

We had a fantastic stay at the Amanzi lodge with very friendly service and staff. The accommodation is quite new, outstanding view on the lagoon and has a lot of extras: free coffee and cakes in the afternoon, great bikes ( new beach cruisers) and Kanus - freely included. Also breakfast is very good - so we can definitely recommend... More

One of the key factors of success is having friendly staff members. Amanzi had this. All the members were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was lovely. They have a lot of options to choose from. The rooms are very nice and clean. They also restock the things that you have used in the room daily e.g.... More

This small boutique hotel is really superb. We were blown away by the attention to detail and the fabulous decor and interior design. So much thought has gone into getting it spot on and it is a quality hotel. The staff were so very helpful and the shuttle service made it easy to get out to eat in the evenings.... More

No trip to Knynsa would be complete without staying at Amanzi Island Lodge. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff and awesome views are just a few things to mention, by far the best place I have stayed all year. Hope to be back soon!

Not a lot to do for children like for example playing putt-putt or tennis courts. The game drives was fully booked when we arrived and it was a big led down that we couldn't drive ourselves to view game. There was a bat in our apartment. Otherwise we enjoyed it a lot. Beautiful place.

We have been at Amazi Islan Lodge early September and really enjoyed this place very much: very nice rooms, very clean, with a nice terrace and a great view on the lagoon (one of the nicest rooms we had in ZA). Great hospitality, very friendly staff. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast in a nice breakfast room. Bicycles and canoes... More

This place has it all for me! Tranquillity. Friendly service. Immaculate rooms with Crisp white linen and fluffy towels. Peace and quiet after a busy work day. I can highly recommend it to tourists, holiday makers and business travellers. And the breakfast is five star!
