We stayed for 3 nights at the Yellowwood lodge. It's a nice place to stay in Kysna, close to the center and to the waterfront. The rooms are nice. There's free wifi with good speed. Breakfast is included and the buffet is very nice and varied. You can also order eggs your style, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms,... There's a parking area,... More

The Yellowwood Guesthouse is a historical quaint place located close to the waterfront attractions, but far enough from the main road to be quiet and peaceful. Our host helped us book a nice boat excursion to the Featherbed reserve and suggested good restaurants to eat. A place we would highly recommend. Alan & France

This place has an amazing host and offers easy access on foot into the city and to the waterfront. The breakfast is really delicious and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. We had a great time for two nights and would stay there anytime again

We stayed at Yellowwood Lodge twice during our holiday and enjoyed both visits. The rooms were both clean and comfortable and the second room was especially charming. The breakfast was good and the proprietor remembered our 'order' even though our bookings were a week apart. There is secure parking which is a bonus.

There are few and far between were affordability, quality and service all jell like it dose at Yellowwood Lodge. What a great stay. How could one improve? For a 3 star B&B I do not think you can. Old quaint and fitting for Knysna was easy to find and close to all attractions. The breakfast was great. The cutlery although... More

Excellent welcome, check in and service. Great secure parking. Proper old style B&B breakfast. Pretty and really spacious room with sitting area, tea and coffee facilities, a mini fridge and balcony with sitting area and nice view of gardens. Big lounge in the old heritage house too and apparently an honesty bar, although I didn't see that. Comfortable sleep, central... More

Really great welcome to Yellowwood - the proprietor was lovely and check in was efficient. We had a lovely room overlooking the front lawns where we could see the monkeys running around the gardens. All well equipped - slightly tired looking but overall a very welcoming stay. Wonderful breakfasts served daily...plenty of choice even for a vegetarian. Would highly recommend... More

A large group of us stayed here on our way to cape town. Really loved it. Loved the feel of the guesthouse. The rooms could do with some updating but its not make or break. The service was fantastic and everyone loved this stay. We will definitely be back!

The team couldn't do enough for us. The property is like an old colonial house with tons of character. Rooms were lovely with free wifi. Breakfast was awesome. They supply an honesty cabinet with spirits, beers and soft drinks just write down what you have, a wonderful trusting touch. Excellent.

We stayed here the second night of our tour of the Garden Route, it came well recommended but we were very disappointed with our room ( Room no.1) it was tired, dusty with a very dated and dirty bathroom. We had ants on the walls. The electrics in the room were questionable ! However our companion had a brilliant room... More
