Would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cape Town area. All the staff are extremely friendly and polite. The room was of decent size within excellent bathroom which included a bath and separate shower cubicle. It also had two wash basins. French doors opens onto a patio with two recliners and a table and chairs. The 9 acres+...

Attention to detail was the order of the day! We hosted various clients at this beautiful venue through the week and as is the case so often in Cape Town...changes to the day's events were plentiful...the Cellars staff however were always too happy to accommodate and made everyone feel at home. Thank you Tatiana and team! Dining was a treat...

We were on holiday from the UK and stayed 6 nights. We were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful, as was the rest of the hotel. The lounges were really comfortable and we were made especially welcome by the two cats! The service was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food in...

This beautiful house has a rich heritage but fails to capitalize on its potential charms. The rooms are bland and modern with a heavy hand on the mirrored walls and bleached wood. We were kindly upgraded to a suite, which we appreciated but felt that for the cost it should have been far more impressive. The bed was comfortable and...

A wonderful raining afternoon in the lounge in front of the fire, with invited friends. Amazing fresh scones and cream with pots of fresh coffee ...followed by creamy sherry... This should be on your to do list when in Cape Town, the gardens are beautiful and the staff very attentive.

I live in Cape Town, and this is the hotel at which I choose to have my 'staycation' :) My wife and our 30m toddler and 1m infant spent the weekend and then celebrated my birthday with friends that we had invited to join us for Sunday lunch. Non-stop stellar service from the minute we arrived.
