I would like to first start with the service. Roland and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We made a mistake with our booking and reserved the wrong date. We showed up unexpectedly and Roland was happily able to accommodate us. He was very friendly and gave us expert advice on local attractions and food. He even went out...

Nice German owners who make sure that everything goes smooth during your stay. Not too far to walk to city center and a nice, quiet neighbourhood in itself to go for a morning walk. The clientele was calm and quiet, no distractions. Very nice communal salon with a fireplace and honesty bar. Good breakfast. We had the furthest room from...

We are a German couple and stayed at Roberts guest house for 3 nights. It was wonderful. Great guest house, great rooms, fantastic breakfast and the host took his time that everybody feels comfortable. I would highly recommend "jardin" as a guest house. It is an oase in the middle of captowen. We definetly will came again.

The friendliest staff you'll ever find, the owner is very involved and full of good advice. Whenever we had a question about what to do, they would call ahead or make a booking for us. Beautiful rooms in a gorgeous mansion. Great breakfast.

The B&B is off the main travel roads, in perfect walking distance to best restaurants, bars, boutiques and nature such as Table Mountain. Roland and his team are excellent hosts and always prepared for local advice. The house is a cozy get-away.

This is simply the best starting point that anyone could wish for when visiting this incredible city. The rooms and house were in perfect condition and we felt at ease straight away. The host is more than accommodating and has great suggestions of places to go off the beaten track. What a simple and comfortable solution to all the struggles...

Great spot slightly out of city centre in quieter streets, but an easy 15 minute walk to city centre, great shopping and loads of places to eat. Rooms were lovely and felt like Africa, not an impersonal business hotel, and the rooms had everything we could wish for including luxury touches, good heating, big wardrobes. Roland was very helpful suggesting...

Wonderful staff, wonderful location, simply the best. If I ever make it back to Cape Town (and I hope I do), I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks to Roland and the crew for making it such a pleasure. Anyone staying here should definitely check out Saigon and Nelson's Eye. Both restaurants are just a few blocks away.
