The B&B is off the main travel roads, in perfect walking distance to best restaurants, bars, boutiques and nature such as Table Mountain. Roland and his team are excellent hosts and always prepared for local advice. The house is a cozy get-away.

This is an excellent boutique style hotel. Very nice rooms, good location, excellent breakfast. The owner Roland is a very friendly guy and very helpful, as are his staff. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing few days in Cape Town. Top marks.

This is simply the best starting point that anyone could wish for when visiting this incredible city. The rooms and house were in perfect condition and we felt at ease straight away. The host is more than accommodating and has great suggestions of places to go off the beaten track. What a simple and comfortable solution to all the struggles...

Great spot slightly out of city centre in quieter streets, but an easy 15 minute walk to city centre, great shopping and loads of places to eat. Rooms were lovely and felt like Africa, not an impersonal business hotel, and the rooms had everything we could wish for including luxury touches, good heating, big wardrobes. Roland was very helpful suggesting...

Wonderful staff, wonderful location, simply the best. If I ever make it back to Cape Town (and I hope I do), I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks to Roland and the crew for making it such a pleasure. Anyone staying here should definitely check out Saigon and Nelson's Eye. Both restaurants are just a few blocks away.

- stayed for 2 nights - great location - walking distance to kloof street and a lot of restaurants; very safe neighbourhood - Roland was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly; gave amazing recommendations and sights and wineries to mention; was also kind enough to drop me at another friends hotel twice (5 minutes away) - the room was very...

Stayed here two separate nights in two different rooms, both were good size, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds and linens. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work but that may have been the user rather than a technical error. Also, not an essential part of the experience. There is also a small pool out front, not...

This is an excellent guest house within walking distance of excellent bars and restaurants, and a quick ride to downtown attractions at the V&A and Table Mnt. Roland, the owner, demonstrated gracious hospitality, providing excellent recommendations, making reservations and helping us get around. The old house itself is beautiful, nicely updated and decorated, and amazingly quiet. In July it was...

What a beautiful Guest House... Really friendly owner with such class. If you considering staying in Cape Town, try Jardin instead of a hotel. Really excellent value and amazing interior. Really warm staff and nice establishment.
