we stayed at the Charles during our honeymoon. the guesthouse is in a great location. the owner is lovely and helped us with our bags when we arrived. it is on a steep hill and there are stairs so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone...More
we stayed 3 night there,
because we arrived at 11pm we get charged of 15€... (for a guest house im surprised we do not decide of our flight landing).
towels are not changed each day. and the blanket was not clean.

Poor service: didn't get what we asked for, didn't follow through on what he'd promised, and "forgot" about us when he went on his break. Coffee was mediocre. Would not return. Central location is worth one star.
