Truly a home away from home. I have been staying at the Floreal House for the past 7+years during my business trips and every stay is always better than the previous. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, modern and extremely cosy. Each room is equipped with a fully stocked...

Floreal House is situated right at the foot of Table Mountain. Actually, you cannot get much closer! Beautiful views of Table Mountain and the harbour right in front of you. The guest house has such a warm and inviting character. Luxurious and very pleasant.

With a fantastic view of Table Mountain from our room we couldn't have asked for a better base for our time in Cape Town. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was the perfect start for a day site seeing. Great little B&B.

Oir initial views were very positive with welcoming staff and the venue is lovely but after a couple of days we were left with the option that it felt like a hotel trying to be a B&B. May be my views were clouded by the excellent Guest Houses we have stayed in for the last 2 weeks. The room we...

This was my return visit to Cape Town and I decided to go back to Floreal House in the quiet district of Oranjezicht. Natalie and her mindful staff were welcoming and as before went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The view of the Table Mountain from Room 1 is simply stunning. Breakfast caters for everybody, health fanatics...

The accommodation is spacious and well furnished. The staff are extremely friendly and the food was wonderful, (the muffins were to die for). We were even allowed onto their own computer to check our emails. We did find the position of the guest house a little out of the way, as we did not have our own transport, being part...

Located in the Oranjezicht district of Cape Town which is a very pretty area. It has a fancy Italian cafe next door. We stayed at Room 8 which was nice and large. The staff were very friendly. PROS: 1. Great breakfasts especially the muffins. Complimentary muscadet is available all the time. 2. Room was well decorated with plenty of room....

Beautiful accommodation in the perfect location. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the views couldn’t be beat. The breakfast was great (buffet cold breakfast and cooked-to-order hot breakfast) and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to any future travelers looking for a bed & breakfast in a great area of Cape...

For a 4-star hotel, the family apartment is really poor. 2 kids had to sleep on a sleeping-couch which was way too short, the adultroom was small and besides that the only way to the bathroom. Next to the apartment renovation works were going on! Friendly people, good breakfast!

“We had a room on the ground floor which was fine, very well equipped. Other rooms in the building are on upper floors and some even have air-conditioning, which we did not need, but we had no outside space to sit quietly and read a book, this could only be done around the pool area.”
