This small hotel has character and heart, if I was being truly objective, perhaps they are 3 and not quite 4 stars. It is right downtown Cape Town. We had a fabulous view of Table Mountain. Our room was very cool – huge and really quite lovely. Not sure how the others compared as we paid a premium. Breakfast could...

I would recommend this hotel to nearly everyone; I would stay here again without hesitation. A terrific location, tremendous staff, and beautiful, comfortable rooms. Both before and during our stay, the staff provided good information and guidance and helped arrange local tours. I highly recommend the Langa Township tour that Cape Heritage organizes. Thanks to all those who helped to...

The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly & always happy to help. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The room we were in, overlooked Bree street and because of the thick wooden shutters installed on the window, you still got a great night's sleep. Highly recommended.

This is a great little find in the heart of the city. Its within walking distance to some great restaurants. Bamford, the concieige is amazing and is perhaps the heart and soul of this hotel. The rooms are great and my wife even commented that 'its feels like home'. The special touches for my kids was greatly appreciated, like bubble...

My friend and I just spent a week at the Cape Heritage and absolutely loved it. It was quaint, and did not have the typical vibe of walking into a big, generic hotel. From the little sitting parlors each designed differently in the front of the hotel, to the very personable reception staff, to the unique guest rooms and the...

It's always a memorable stay thanks to Bomford, Kelly and the other staff for always providing the best service. They always strive to meet our needs in any way possible. The room was nice and spacious and love the spread for breakfast. Will keep coming back! Kauthar

This hotel has a gorgeous charm to it, from the old study to the staircase to the bedroom. However, the stay wouldn't have been memorable if it weren't for Bomford, the concierge. He was so attentive, striving to meet our needs in any way possible. Call after call to ensure we visited Robben Island. We thank you for that! Would...

This hotel ist very professionally run, yet you feel like staying with friends at their home. Thank you again, Sam, Bamford & team! PS: Heritage Sq. has a lot of restaurants to offer. In any case, don't miss the Africa...

I love finding these 'boutique' hotels - they're quirky, the service is marvelous and the spacious room with it's 4 poster bed was excellent. The décor is decidedly quirky and lots of fun to explore. Staff could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble - including hauling all our luggage up the stairs. They had even...
