This is a pleasant boutique hotel located in downtown Cape Town. The staff was almost too polite. A special shout-out to Griffen who was a wonderfully upbeat fellow.
Our room was a suite with full kitchen included. Comfortable and spotless.
Lovely individual hotel with excellent attentive staff. Stayed 3 nights Jan 17. Great small hotel in the centre of the Heritage Square. Close to all amenities. Quirky features showing vintage structure of the building. African style decor of huge bedrooms and bathroom.
The hotel is renovated in a very good manner, with a vine planted in 1771. it is situated close to almost every place of interest. The staff is nice, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Best way to get anywhere in Cape Town is Uber. And they're cheap. The rest depends on what you're looking for: Cape Heritage is centrally located, can walk (during the day) to may places. V&A is kind of out of the way and since they developed it is just another glitzy place like you could find anywhere.
