This was our first visit to Cape Town and we didn't really know which area to stay in. I'm so glad we stayed here. Firstly, the area is safe, even though you need to keep an eye out anywhere in South Africa, and we walked around in the evening without incident. It is also easy to get anywhere (but the...

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. We arrived around 11pm and Anne had organised a pick up for us from the airport which was easy and so helpful. Our double room was spacious, very clean and airy. The whole house has a lovely open atmosphere which also feels very homely. There is an honesty bar with beer...

We are actually 2 days into a 3 day stay with Anne & Bruce the owners and operators of this beautiful property Underberg. This magnificent home has been extensively renovated, presenting spacious rooms with first class bedding and towels. Then there is the service, from being collected at Jberg airport by Chris through to the help planning our first visit...

Anne, Bruce and their team are wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to please and accommodate us. The house was stunning. Attention to detail and filled with T.L.C. Breakfast was amazing. We stayed for 5 nights and could of stayed longer. Excellent gem. We will be back.

Ann and Bruce are very personable, kind and helpful people who love having guests to stay. There is an honesty bar where you can help yourself to water and wine, very reasonably priced. The continental breakfast is laid out each morning and a full cooked breakfast is cooked to order by the wonderful kitchen staff. The accommodation is beautiful and...

Anne & Bruce Veale, the owners, were extremely helpful before we had even arrived in Capetown. They advised us of nearby attractions, hop on/off bus, terrific. On arrival took time to show us via maps, nearest points of interest etc. We had a lovely room with air conditioning and ceiling fan, great bed and en suite shower, breakfasts were excellent,...

Ann and Bruce were wonderful and gracious hosts for our Cape Town stay. The guest house is immaculate, warm and welcoming with great amenities. It's a convenient location, short and safe walk to first class restaurants and to Long and Kloof Streets. A great view of Table Mountain, too! A first class, full, cooked breakfast, honor bar, room safe and...
