Location is really great. Walking distance to seafront, several restaurants, coffee shops, public outdoor pool, supermarket and hop-on-hop-off bus. Secure parking, comfortable, clean room and helpful front desk staff. A great place for independent travelers, who want to get a feel of the place. We had a nice large corner room with two rooms, was worth the extra.

We had such an awesome stay. Super neat, nicely decorated rooms equipped with everything we could need, including friendly staff! The hotel is a very short walk away from the beach & restaurants - highly recommended.

Stayed several nights earlier this month. Liked this location in Sea Point. Lots to walk to in terms of restaurants and some shopping. Parking was secure and we were pleased with cleanliness, size and amenities of our rooms. The young lady on the front desk was efficient, friendly and most helpful in terms of good suggestions for nearby restaurants.

Our room was on the ground floor, between the car park, the garbage bins and the toilets, our view was of the air con units. We stayed two nights and while there was nothing "wrong" with the room, we wouldn't stay again. The room was well equipped and comfortable. If we had smoked, we were advised by the brochure in...

The penthouse has a great view of Lion's Head. The location was awesome for Bootleggers Coffee. Average accommodations for the price and view of the ocean--view is minimal. It was nice but not memorable.

We travel often to Cape Town and each time, search out a different hotel or bed-and-breakfast. This hotel's central location in Sea Point is second to none. Our room was spacious and clean and set up nicely for us to eat kosher. The front desk staff was only helpful. The bathroom was on the tiny side but clean. All in...

Slightly strange layout (v.large bed smallish room, large balcony), very clean, helpful staff, odd sink (can just about get your hands under the tap). Good location, good breakfast at Bootlegger, or Knead, noisy seagulls. Do the Red Bus (careful 2 day, and not 48 hour pass). Bus card available at Sea Point bus station, cheap to get around. A little gem in the heart of Seapoint. Good value too. Close to shopping centres and good restaurants as well as to the Seapoint promenade where there are delightful walks and outdoor activities. Quiet environment.

Stayed here at the end of our SA trip prior to flying home. Easy to leave the car here in the secure car park and get the bus into central CT - bus terminal just 5 mins walk away. Plenty bars/restaurants/shops close by, and of course the sea! Spacious room and balcony (we were in the penthouse) and super views...

I cannot praise the staff and facilities of the Atlantic Affair Boutique Hotel highly enough. The hotel is secure, well-equipped (there's even a heated towel rack!), with excellent cable TV and WiFi, and in a great centrally located neighborhood. The manager (thank you, Natasha!) went out of her way to ensure that our (5-day) stay with them was the best...
