A locally decorated Guesthouse, feels like being home! We stayed in the cottage. Great breakfast! Staff were very helpful. Location is great, 15 min drive from anything in the city. Only thing, Wi-Fi should be complimentary. Recommended!

Neighbourhood not great, bit dodgy at night. Had to wait and get WIFI to make a call to get someone to open the door (20+ minutes). Toilet in same room as bed. Shower took ages to adjust to right temperature. Weird system of doors and gates. Was asked for ALL credit card data (also CCV) although payment was already made....

Unexpectedly we were treated to a very large room with a kitchen and a mezzanine. Not to forget a large terrace. The room was not only large but also beautifully decorated. Breakfast in the morning was outside, next to the swimming pool. Fresh orange juice and nice buns. Eggs and pancakes as an extra treat, all very tasty. Great address!

The guest house is delightfully decorated with many unique furnishings. My apartment was very well equipped and included a lovely balcony with a view over the lions head mountain. Breakfasts were plentiful and cooked items cheerfully provided. A 'daily special' was provided - this was usually a smoothy. Rooms have good quality linens and many other amenities including hairdryer, tea...

Sweet Lemon B&B: colored and stylish, rooms are clean and comfortable but superior one or junior suite are the best option. Very good breakfast. Friendly stuff. No parking available and no view. We stayed one night in a standard room (open bathroom without door) and one night in a superior cottage (small apartment with kitchen).

Fabulous end to our tour from Johannesburg. Very friendly, authentic African decor, small guest house, stroll to the Waterfront, wonderful breakfasts - just like home. Short stroll to restaurants and boardwalk.

What a lovely surprise! The room was full of little arty things - each room held its own little surprise. The accommodation as fantastic! Couldn't wait to show it off to my Cape Town friends. I recommend this to everyone!!

This is a nice hotel in very good location, just near the main road of sea point. Transport, bar, restaurant, shops,.. everything is very close to. The room was awesome. There was no security people, even no hotel staffs at the night time. But we didn't feel any issue.

They put me in a house by myself, bathroom was basic and bed was upstairs. there were lots of random steps everywhere and the house was a bit wettish, it even rained inside when it was outside. The breakfast was plenty and the location safe.

“- Late arrivals need to call a local number to be let in. If you are a foreigner, get a local SIM card at the airport so you don't need to use roaming. - Balcony Room with ensuite is nice (Not all rooms have ensuite, so make a request beforehand) - Wifi isn't free”
