What an experience. Beautiful hotel with fantastic architecture. Rooms were good. Decent sized, with good facilities. Want to go back. Walked up to the top of the hotel to view the entire Sun city. Fascinating how such a beautiful place was built in the middle of nowhere.

Still one of the most special resorts worldwide. From entering the report the staff were welcoming and friendly. The service at the Palace was second to none. The friendliness of those working at The Palace was evident from the minute we parked the car. They did everything possible to ensure the stay was pleasant. The hotel is magnificent! The finishes,...

It was a pleasure returning to the Palace at Sun City after a few years. The team was fantastic all round. From Lerato at reception, to all the Concierge Team, Jacob and team in Tusk bar, Fangi in Crystal Court...I can only go on. Most of all to Herliane Portenschlager and Tebogo from PR who made a potential nightmare, an...

At the reception we were offered nice refreshing cocktails while our check in was sorted. We were escorted to our room and soon after our bags arrived. The room...

I was really exicted to see a artificial world waiting for me. But to my utter disappointment all things went in the opposite direction which I had thought of. It started like this. Day 1 & 2. Checked in the hotel, room cost me 600 US Dollars per night. When reached the room, found that the key was not working....

But, in fact, even you are in wild area of South Africa; the sensation is that you are...

We only stayed one night celebrating our anniversary. We expected a nice big bath in the room...would have loved to take a nice bath in a big corner bath, with a glass of wine/champaign..... Other then the bath, everything was excellent. Thanks so much.

I travelled to this place in last week of April 2015 as part of a group tour. This is one of the largest and the best properties I have been to. Right fromt he entrance, the reception, the dining hall, the rooms everything about this place is lavish, treats you just like a king. The housekeeping staff was very courteous,...
