Wow , What a place , though I have to say not the best place I've stayed, lacking in something I can't put my finger on ,Huge , overwhelming , not the same vibe as Vegas , I still prefer the U.S. , maybe just me , I've been spoilt I guess.Nightlife was A lot to be desired, not a...

No, I did not stay here, I stayed at the next level - the hotel containing the Casino. But I did the tour and and as I say, the first time I win Lotto, I'm booking in. The Resort was opened in 1979 and has 2 International Standard 18 hole Golf Courses and the Valley of the Waves Pool. The...

Very well looked after by every single member of staff we engaged with, from the check in to the shuttle drivers, so the service was world class. Food was great in the Grill room, crystal court and by the pool, but not so good at 'plume'. The only reason I didn't award 5 stars is that the hotel is looking...

Stayed here for a work conference, and felt completely relaxed. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, the service was slightly slower than I am use to, but it didn't bother me as I found it very personable. Amazing how many services were provided in just the one location.

We went for 4 nights before going down to Cape Town...Very helpful and friendly check in staff. The very large Breakfast Room is magnificent and the Buffet Breakfast was the most sumptuous that we had ever experienced. Masses of fruit, six different bowls of yoghurt, stacks of different breads and pastries and the usual cooked food and pancake stations. The...

I will live here if I could. The food is absolutely amazing, service is stunning, people are friendly, rooms are big and spacious. It's amazing, you can visit Valley of the Waves in Sun City if you wish, but the Palace has an amazing pool already (where you can next messages next to the pool). This is probably my FAVOURITE...

Thank you Joanne and all the staff for making our stay a remarkable experience. Many restaurants, many activities, or just sit at the pool and relax. Nice rooms well appointed and the most friendly and professional staff to make the stay perfect. The property is very impressive, but the people make it special. It is the only choice for Sun...

Stayed here for a business conference a few years ago and it was a truly fantastic experience. Even though the hotel is ageing gracefully and will be due for a reno at some stage, the rooms were luxurious, the service was very good, the restaurants were high quality. Can't wait to go back with the family one day soon.
