Wish we could give it 10 stars, absolutely breathtaking, lots of walking trails and each memorable. Photographers will get plenty to capture. The friendly staff and overall service is outstanding. The units are kept clean and is very comfortable. We have visited the resort 4 times up to now and will return again and again.

The rooms at the hotel are very small and cramped. I did ask them for a cot for my 1 year old which they did deliver not realizing that the rooms are double storey and my 3 year old was expected to sleep on a bunker bed on the bottom floor while the rest of us slept up top. Really...

On arrival we were treated to a warm damp towel to wipe away the dust of the trip and then a glass of sherry. The new vamped rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated - we stayed in the Executive Room. The Dining Room had a roaring fire and we got stuck into the freshly prepared Leek and Potato soup. My...

And when we checked out and mentioned this it was confirmed that there were lots of empty rooms!! But it was too late by then. This was a...

Absolute bliss. Hotel is nestled in a rainforest. Service is brilliant from well trained and friendly staff. Very central to many sites so you are not bored. On site there is lots to do from relaxing in your unit to fishing, walking trails or relaxing by the pool after a spa treatment.
