The hotel and grounds were beautiful, the room was spacious, and there was a great little hotel bar area with a patio overlooking the pool and grounds. Great and friendly staff too. The main reasons for the 3/5 ranking are the food quality and the slightly out-dated feeling of the place. However, most of the other guests were a fair...

I am lucky enough to have experienced the Rissington Inn as a single traveller and with my family and both were quite amazing experiences. Chris and the rest of the staff make you feel like you are part of the Rissington family immediately, for this I can't thank them enough, and the restaurant is superb - I still maintain that...

Just a one night stay on this trip to South Africa and Chris and the team did not let us down. Two enthusiastic and very switched on gapers as well as the usual brilliant team...... On this visit our room was Ebony and very nice it was too. Good view over the garden, an outside shower and very comfortable bed...

Collected our car from Neldpruit Airport and had no problems finding the Inn. 2-3 mins off road, easy taken slowly. Very friendly checkin and taken to our room. We stayed in a Garden suite, which we would recommend. The garden suites are set two in a block with loads of space between other blocks. Delicious cookies and tea/coffee waiting for...

We spent a night here after three nights bush accomodation in Kruger. How divine. beautiful location, comfy rooms, delightful staff, and outstanding food. A place to relax and chill out. Perfectly located for day trips into Kruger and the Blyde River Canyon.

First impressions are fabulous, great property in a beautiful location. Our room is fine, large, with great big patio doors opening onto a lovely little terrace and a view across fields to the mountains. Simple, very pleasant, comfortable. Nice indoor seating. Fridge and tea making facilities. Nice basket chairs on the patio and a lounging area, though the cushions on...

Thanks for this long and rather agonising review. I am quite sure that some (but by no means all) of the reviews posted on this site tell the reader more about the reviewer than they do about the establishment concerned! Firstly, to reassure you, I manage Rissington myself with 32 years of experience, 20 of them here, so to suggest...

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at the beautiful Rissington Inn in September 2014 and absolutely loved it . The staff was great with a wicked sense of humour, the food was fabulous and the rooms and surroundings were magical. We were made to feel like part of the family as everyone was easy going and laid back...

A friend and I visited Rissington last year on a recommendation from a fellow traveller. The place was so wonderful we visited it again this year. It is in a great location in respect to attractions including Kruger, the Panorama Route and ultra-light flights. The accommodation is excellent in a rural setting, but within the town site for easy access....

I stayed here last year, and enjoyed it so much, I came back again this year. Although we only booked for 5 nights, there was still more to do, so we extended and stayed for 7 nights. The staff were wonderful, amazingly friendly, can't do enough to help, assist you plan and book excursions and basically make sure you enjoy...

The Inn is situated at the end of a 1 km dirt road on the outskirts of Hazyview just 15 minutes drive from the Phabeni gate (recommended) entrance to Kruger park, and well placed for touring the Panorama Route. We stayed in a large room away from the main building which had a patio with nice views. We couldn't fault...
