Sabi River Sun can be proud of their resort which is world-class and the best value-for-money I have ever experienced. Location is very convenient to Gauteng and just a hop to enter Kruger at Phambeni.

We stayed a week in one of the 2 bedroom + loft time share villas. So I can not review the separate hotel on site. TRANSPORTATION You will need a car! This area of South Africa is not very close (45+ minute drive) to the main airport in Nelspruit. Renting a car is the best option. There are no shuttles...

The resort was outstanding and we had a lovely stay at the hotel over the long weekend. The waiters in the restaurant were however not all up to the general high standard of the resort. Overall I would still highly recommend this lovely resort.

Lovely venue. Adequate, clean rooms. Staff are friendly. We visit here on a regular basis and they now include dinner in the rate. If you are including the buffet, you need to up the game. Many people stay here for a few days and there is little variety in the buffet menu. An additional choice of a curry and a...

We had a lovely stay in the hotel for 2 nights. It is quite central to the sites in the area and I remembered staying at this hotel when I was a child. The hotel itself is lovely, the buffet breakfast and dinner very well done with good options for both adults and kiddies. There are loads of eating places...

As usual we enjoyed our timeshare week which served to recharge the batteries after a busy 6 months. We were particularly impressed with the garden layouts where succulents were used which reduced the amount of water required.

We hosted a weekend leisure conference at Sabi River Sun Resort recently. We were so impressed by their resort and facilities offered on site. Helga Marais, the Banqueting Coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with. Her ability to have every activity and venue so well prepared enabled us to focus on hosting our function. Our jobs were made easy...

Sabie River Resort has outstanding gardens surrounding the hotel and the gold course and really good and varied facilities for all ages. Service in the hotel is of a very high standard with staff being really helpful and friendly. Its close to restaurants, shops and many attractions. A good hotel in which to spend a couple of days.
