The price of the wines offered by the lodge itself is quite affordible. For that money you do not go to...

Hazy View itself does not have a lot to commend it scenically although it does have a modern shopping centre a variety of restaurants and is very convenient for Kruger National Park. However, if you can find your way to Blue Jay Lodge it is very worthwhile. Our welcome here was very warm and nothing was too much trouble for...

We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the company of the other guests as well as our hosts. We will recommend this Blue Jay Lodge to our family and friends, as well as other travellers. It is a great stop both going in our out of Kruger. I would even stay here if I planned on taking the panorama...

Exellent host and nice location for your trip to Krüger NP und the Panorama Route, Blyde River Canyon, Pottholes, Waterfalls. 5 Minutes to Sabi River Sun Golfcourse round up an active Holidaytrip to the lowfeld area.

A lovely setting surrounded by trees and handy to Kruger and Blyde Canyon. Spacious room with all facilities. We enjoyed sitting outside in the patio and braiing our evening meal. Friendly hosts and couldn't ask for better.

The lodge is located in a quiet part of Hazyview, a short distance from the commercial town centre. Set in wooded gardens with more than 70 indigenous trees. The room was very well equipped, spacious, spotless and comfortable. All three breakfasts were prepared and served by the owners, with generous and very tasty servings. The friendly and hospitable owners, Phil...

Looking for a relaxing and quiet retreat - Head to Blue Jay - The room was stunning - clean and inviting. Your hosts are top notch. We had breakfast on one of our mornings and had a nice egg breakfast which was whatever we ordered from the cook. Security fantastic. The pool looked small but clean. We didn't use it....

Blue Jay Lodge is a very nice Guesthouse in Hazyview. The hosts are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and roomy. I would have no problem in recommending it to people visiting the area for a short or long stay.

Hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home. The rooms were wonderful and the grounds were even better. We especially enjoyed the sunbirds and other birds amid the lush greenery. Breakfasts were superb. It was a wonderful break from our days on safari.
