From the looks of the other reviewers I feel like I stayed at a completely different “resort”. (Resort is a very far reach for this hotel). From the check in to the dated lobby, to the much needed updating of rooms, this place was not worth the over priced charges for their rooms. The pool was lacking any sign of life, the towel situation was a complete joke. You had to go into the hotel to get more towels from “The Market” and you were not allowed to exchange your towels throughout the day and if you don’t return them, you are charged. Our room was drab and old and smelled of smoke, even though it was supposedly non smoking.
I was not impressed with the people who worked there, except for the young woman who worked at the pool bar. She actually stayed open late for our group since she had no other business all day. (If it weren’t for her, I would have only given one star)
The breakfast bar was horrible, food was cold and not appetizing at all. Garbage cans were filled and tables were dirty.
I definitely will not be back at this “resort”. Especially since they tried to get us to come back at a rate $210 less than we paid. If they had charged that rate initially I would not have expected so much and would not have written this review. The hotel is WAY OVER-PRICED!

after an enjoyable night with people, Christmas Decor of lights within this area. Enjoyed Parade of Lights Christmas Boats viewed from above the London Bridge was spectacular. We then dined at a near by brewery. Arriving back to our room for a good night rest. Being extremely tired one would think sleep would come easy. Room on the second floor one could here the base, yes all about the base from the lounge below. A constant boom, boom, boom! Finally called down to front desk asking time in hopes this would be stopping soon. Replay, no idea! I explained we came to sleep and our Friday night stay was not CHEAP! Now fully awake we were moved to the third floor and a nicer room. Trying to get back to a sleep mode......and drip, drip, drip from bathroom faucet. Really! I expected better. This time I placed bath mat under faucet... it was throughly soaked at my awakening. Happy hour at Martini Bay restaurant and lounge on a Friday night.. Sorry we are totally out of draft beer although they would be on our Happy Hour! So we went with a glass or wine, a dollar off. Overheard manager tell hostess some our door patio reservations can not be honored. Wow! Breakfast came with our room, we did enjoy ours. Before leaving breakfast area lacked seating area for guest arriving. People were standing while eating. Not what one expected! On check in computer system was an issue also. I can not recommend this hotel at all! We were hoping to return early spring. I will be Finding a new place to stay for the area is ideal for a longer vacation.

Thank you for the review. We try to inform guests staying on weekends that it can be noisy. This is a very busy and happening place during all times of the year. We apologize the the upgraded 3rd floor balcony room had a drip. That can definitely be problematic and we hope you let us know at the front desk too. As for running out of beer...We apologize for running out of beer during happy hour, we are known for our Martini's and Wine so it had to be all the visitors for the lighting of the English Village as well as all of the guests arriving a few hours early for the Dueling Pianos that consumed all of the craft beer we had in stock for happy hour. We did review and see that several tanks were delivered for the evening. Hopefully next time, you can enjoy all the beer you want! We were able to honor all of the reservations. The large group that had been booked for almost a year for this event grew at the last moment and caught us of guard, but we handled it and everyone had an incredibly good time. We do hope you consider us for the Spring, of course, it will be extremely busy at all of the hotels with Spring Break and it will be a bit louder with Kokomo running all night instead of just the days and Martini Bay will be a little more busy. And of course with all of the activities and events going on all year round, we understand if you find us a bit more active than most. All in all, you might want to call us and ask our reservations team about the best weekend or week days to come stay where can find peace and quite and nothing going on at night...we can help you with that too, even if you are not staying here.

Great place to stay. Lots of fun things to do & lots of relaxing (& drinking) to be done. Right in the middle of everything.
My only complaint is we were in room 2064. The soundproofing isn't great & we could hear the TV from the room next to us.
Other than that, fantastic. We'll definitely be back.
Thank Mark C

The resort is close to the bridge and the English village and we feel far from the Sonoran desert.
The exterior and common parts of the resort are in good repair but the rooms are old fashioned and parts of the furniture should be replaced.
Nevertheless the rooms are quite comfortable.

Thanks for the review. We are so glad to have you stay with us. We have been working on making improvements over the last 2 years. The bulk of which is not visible, but over the last year we have updated most of the rooms and kitchens. As of now, most of the rooms are going under replacements for some of the furniture, including bedding, when you return, you should see and feel the difference.

We have been owners a London Bridge resort (LBR) since 1993. Despite perfect placement next to London Bride and local activity, it was becoming a bit tired with improvement coming slowly. The biggest draw has always been the lake and weather so maybe the facility had not received top priority but more recently the facility has had a steady stream of welcome improvements with renovated suites and general groundwork. During our last visit the elevators were problematic trapping my wife between floors for 20 minutes. OK so there's something else to list as a suggestion for future improvements. LBR has become very popular year round....not just for the watersports and lake people anymore. It used to be a drivable distance for us but we have relocated to the Midwest and still come to stay each year as a tradition. Plenty to see and do here although best if you are the outdoor-type. Highly recommended for smiles per dollar. A must see place and experience the beauty of Lake Havasu and surrounding desert. The weather, lake, desert terrain, facility and friendly people make this place habit-forming.

We do not allow dogs. However, there are a couple of local dog resorts (Kennels) that are wonderful for travelers and the town as a whole is very dog friendly. Feel free to call us for information and suggestions.
