We stayed at the Waterkant Guest Cottage. For what we got this was very expensive. The facilities and gardens are not being maintained. To give a few examples, the shower taps in bathroom I was using were faulty and I could not turn off the shower. I eventually figured a way of closing the water after burning myself. This happened...

Having stayed 2 nights in a Hut at Lower Sabie we treated ourselves to little more luxury with a Bungalow. These have their own shower and toilet with 3 beds a fridge freezer. There is also an outside area for eating with a sinke and cooking utelnsiles crockery glasses etc with your own braai. Not quite so easy to get...

As a south african day visitor I was shocked by the curios shops practice. We bought a few items stuff like a local bottled spring water, which was marked in the fridge as R14 for a 1.5l. When we looked later we were charged R38 a bottle. The same happend with 3 other items. The big problem is you can't...

Recently stayed at the property. Was not impressed with the manor in which we were handled from start to finish. Was told I was stupid and talked to like a simpleton and did not have a reservation on a game drive. Not my fault you cannot get my name against my booking but they checked me in under same reservation...

We actually slept inside the rondavel but were outside more than we were inside. All our meals we're eaten on the terrace and all but one evening meal was on the braii (BBQ). There were not many lights at night but we used our torches to get from one rondavel to another. There were a few monkeys around so we...

The accommodation in a thatched rondavel had everything we needed for our stay in what is a really brilliant African experience. Aircon was good, outside kitchen, comfortable and good and a good restaurant, see review. There are luxury game lodges just outside the park but this felt more real. Wonderful stay, great staff, great experience

We stayed in a rhondeville unit. They sleep two. They are very clean and have everything you need. The best ones are the ones down by the river. The cooking is outdoors so frige and cupboards barred so monkeys can't get your food. We had a hyena attack the cooking area in the night. Quite frightening. This was very unusual as...

A bit too commercial and the other chalets are very close by. Many bugs when you put the light on to braai on the stope and there are no lights on the braai. You need to walk to the kitchen and pool areas.

The camp is enormous, but we stayed in one of the great huts with views of the river. We had a great outdoor kitchen, though we didn't make use of it. Instead, we went to the restaurant, which was totally reasonable (the steak restaurant was a nice break from the Mugg and Bean's that are standard elsewhere in the park)....

Well-equipped, modern camp-site capable to accommodate many tourists. There is a souvenir-shop that sells everything you need, a petrol station, a doctor, a restaurant, a playground, a swimming pool. The actual camp- or tent sites are clean and spacious.
