This is a rather special place overlooking a huge beach. One is lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. It's important to book one of the rooms with the view, rather than the rooms at the back, although the latter are perfectly comfortable. Breakfast is freshly prepared by the friendly staff and of excellent quality. I had some...

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Dunes very much. Andre and Mathilda were very kind and helped in booking our tandem paragliding. They also recommended a walk through the forest to a waterfall, which we did (3 hours). We liked the view from our room to the ocean! Breakfast service was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Situated on the top of the dunes, peaceful with stunning views. Room very specious with huge kitchenette attached to it. Private stairs leading all the way down to the beach. Place is so relaxing that I wish I could have stayed a bit longer. Breakfast cooked to order although I would prefer to have small continental breakfast as an addition...

We had a large self catering apartment which was good. The owner was helpful - sorted out a problem with the tv rapidly, An aircon would have been a plus as it did get quite humid. Lots of nice restaurants close but not really walking distance (and theres only one taxi in Wilderness).

We were in suite 5 which is a lovely spacious suite. Parking was close to the unit and the beach was very close-by. We arrived late and Andre made contact to check that we knew the route and again gave directions. Parking was very close to Suite 5 were we stayed. It was very spacious and the staff were friendly...

During our garden route trip we found this amazing guest house on a cliff in Wilderness. Andre & his wife are welcome us with open arms. It feels like coming home and we highly recommend to visit the Dolphin Guesthouse in Wilderness when you are around in this area.

What an amasing stunning visit. Loved this guesthouse. Lovely breakfasts in the morning. The house is on the beach and you have a walkway of around 200 steps and you are on the beach. Will visit again. I can recommend this place anytime.

This guesthouse is situated right on the beach. We booked the sea view room and it was wonderful to lye in the super comfy bed and watch the ocean. Breakfast was delicious and walks on the beach magnificent. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay!
