The View from our balcony was fantastic and the private outdoor shower out of the world and a wonderful touch. You really are in...

Beautifully appointed and comfortable accommodation. Maureen, Tim and Judge are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast on the deck tops off the experience! This was our third stay at Moontide and we will be back! Sue and Ainsley

Beautiful location. Great attention to detail. Super breakfast. The relaxed and congenial owner must know he is at the top of his game. We stayed in stone cottage with chandeliers above the bath. Glory.

This was our 6th stay at Moontide, this time for 4 nights. It is a beautiful and quiet place right on the lagoon and only a 5 minutes walk (or 10 minutes by canoo) from the ocean. The chalets are outstanding and very individual. Maureen is a wonderful host. Tim, the manager, and Judge, the waiter, are doing everything to...

What a beautiful place! Watching the Giant Kingfisher catch his breakfast while we have ours was a treat! Alongside the most beautiful and tranquil lagoon as well! Beautifully decorated rooms, awesome bed and bedding and the most attentive and friendly staff anywhere I've stayed before! What nice and friendly people - I will be back!

We stayed in the treetop room at Moontide Guest House for 1 night during our road trip in South Africa. The room is very nice and clean, with a balcony, a bath and an outdoor shower. We felt quite luxurious drinking wine on our own private balcony. :) We loved the cat's that were around and kept us company. However,...

At our annual trips to South Africa a stay at Moontide has become a tradition. The lodges, the location, the hospitality and the service are of such a standard that the title of this review is nothing but an understatement.
