The hotel was undergoing a renovation at the time, which I think it needed. When comparing the cost of the room to other places I stayed at during my visit, it lacks charm, included wildlife (a huge cricket) and didn't offer much beyond accommodation near a casino. This wasn't a bad stay - beds were comfortable, barring my visitor the...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms have a damp and mouldy smell. The carpets look old and outdated. There is mould growing in the showers. We went out in the morning and went back to the room at 3pm and the room was not serviced. We went out again on our return that evening the complimentary...

We stayed at this hotel for one night. To start there is no signage to direct you to the lodge from the sibaya main entrance. The room was completely overpriced for what it is. We requested a baby cot which was never delivered. The carpets in the room were dirty, the room was smelly and the shower doors were dirty...

Surely sun international can't be proud of this We couldn't get hold of reception so had zero service Our shower and bathroom were just NASTY , need a good clean The passages and rooms smell damp and musty I hope travelers arriving from other countries don't think that this standard is normal in South Africa

As a regular visitor at the lodge I was surprised to see a decline in the service offering during my recent stay. The rooms are neat and tidy as usual but the happy welcoming staff are almost non existent and everywhere you look some staff members be it waiting staff or security staff are leaning against the building. In an...

the room really was all we needed, the spa was brilliant and the ascetics very cleverly done, the food in A to A was very good and offered a wide selection of tasty dishes. the casino was fun and the service through out was great.

I did expect a little more from my stay. The room had a nice size but seemed a little musty. The staff was not very welcoming and did play on their cell phones instead of helping other guest. Management must be present, that's the only solution to make sure that everything is in order. The pool was great and clean.

Having booked the conferencing facilities for the week, we were not given a proper boardroom for our conference, but instead housed in the sticky and grimey Krakatoa nightclub housed in the casino. The toilets in the nightclub weren't cleaned, but then again the toilets on the casino floor were also dirty. Since we required accommodation, we stayed at the Sibaya...

Sun Sibaya as it is popularly known by the locals is a top of the range hotel sitting side by side with a casino. As is the case with most such hotels it is highly formal, organized and multicultural. The hotel overlooks the Indian Ocean and offers a great view of the ocean and a great morning breeze. The staff...

Sun International continues to be a disastrous destination for families on holiday , the staff are tired and rude , you get the feeling they are doing you a huge favor by you staying with them , the Sibaya casino has turned from a reasonable experience into one of the worst , Pit bosses who have been there for years...
