A beautiful find. Chose this hotel by chance and for once chose the perfect haven. The rooms are well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and the service was excellent.

My stay at the Syrene was very pleasant. My room overlooked the garden/pool and was spacious and quiet (probably because it was winter and nobody wanted to be outside at night). Exactly what I am looking for after a busy day at work. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and I look forward to staying there soon again.

We had supper at The Elm Tree Restaurant at the Syrene Boutique Hotel in Wessels road Rivonia last night. What a gem!! The surroundings are tranquil and beautiful, the service impeccable. We started off the evening sitting outside and we enjoyed a platter of Feta, olives, biltong and hot nuts with our sundowners. We then moved inside for our dinner....

Nice hotel, great location and very friendly staff. Only had breakfast in the restaurant but the evening menu looked good too. Didn't try the pool but look like it would be nice for a dip as the sun was always shining down on it.

Excellent hotel in the city. From arrival until departure. Friendly staff, efficient and fast check inn. Beautiful and super clean rooms. We stayed one night for our year end function. It is such a beautiful boutique hotel. They've prepared a table outside under the trees for pre- drinks and a formal dinner table inside where we had a lovely dinner!...

Great service, clean, perfect location if you're doing business around the Rivonia, Sandton area. Good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Many of the rooms are located upstairs so request a ground floor room if you require wheelchair access or don't like climbing stairs.

8 of us had lunch at the restaurant in the Syrene and it was a wonderful experience. Lovely outdoor seating area with very attentive staff and wonderful chefs who visited us at our table. The food was superb and it is a great gem for Sunday lunch or, in fact, any other meal. Highly recommend it

My husband and I stayed over at the hotel on Friday evening to celebrate my birthday. We were blown away that there could be such beauty, tranquillity and luxury in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rivonia / Sandton. Our entire experience was magical, from the warm welcome at reception, to walking in to the beautifully decorated presidential...

Excellent location. All the creature comforts. Very comfortable. Very handy having a Restuarant on the property. Friendly staff. Would have preferred a Buffet type breakfast with more fruit and cereal choice rather than a set plate.
