We were recommended Baytree by the organisers of a major tennis tournament at Groenkloof. Baytree quickly became a home away from home for me and my son Connor. Rene and Fred are extremely accommodating and took excellent care of us particularly when my son fell ill. They are always on hand to offer advice on anything to do in Pretoria...

Renee and her husband Fred with one cook prepare the most ample, best tasting, healthful, breakfasts each morning at a time of our choosing. All the help are clean, helpful and cheerful. The rooms, linens, bathrooms, sitting room, and breakfast tables are clean and cheerful. We...

We found the rooms to be very spacious and immaculately clean. The owners were extremely friendly are most accommodating, going the "extra mile" to ensure our stay will be a well treasured memory. We would definitely use this establishment again if we are in the area.

Very warm welcome after a long flight, tea, coffee, water, while the kids enjoyed the refreshing pool in the garden. Friendly owners, good tips on restaurants, we ended up in Blue Crane restaurant, closeby, nice outside dining overlooking the bird reserve. Breakfast the next morning was great too before driving to Phalaborwa.

We were in the Pretoria area for a quick meeting and needed a place for a night. Based on our TripAdvisor research we gave Bay Tree a try for a night. We were disappointed a bit about how dated the place was compared to many B&B's in SA. It is very true that the owners are VERY friendly and very...
