I arrived late on train from Cape Town. The Reef send a driver to pick me up from the platform. The driver, Comfort was very helpful in getting luggage loaded and unloaded. The staff got me checked and sent room service immediately. The Avis car rental is around the next block and was able to pick up my hire car...

Like the hotel staff very friendly. Issue is getting into the parking very narrow. But the guard most of the time assisted that helped a lot. Rooms are cosy like the urban vibe. The P1 entrance needs to be upgrade to suit the rest of the hotel

We really loved our stay there. It was oir first time in a hotel so we were very impressed... however the food we ordered late at night around 9:30 came to cold which was not very enjoyable at all. Breakfast was amazing wish we could have stayed longer though. Would have loved to see the rooftop view.

Check in is on the 3rd floor, so don't be surprised by the quiet lobby. All pretty straightforward, and given a drink voucher. The rooms are well set out and need the room key to operate lighting etc. No getting around this. Having arrived late, we went straight for food downstairs at Bowl'd (see separate review). Later I realised that...

From the the services to the location was all fantastic. The best I have ever enjoy in my many visits to SA. My room was well furnished and on top of all i like the Rooftop bar. I wish it was open from Monday to Sunday.

Staff are very helpful. Building neat and clean. I loved the rustic feel in the rooms as well as that energy saver lights are used. They come on when one is sensed and switch off in the absence of beings.

Will definetly recommend value for money and staff were extremely helpful. The concierge staff on the ground floor were extremely helpful, taking us to our hair appointment around the corner and collecting us again.
