We attended the venue for business purposes and found that the snacks provided for both arrival breakfast, tea time and finger lunch were very fresh and tasty. The venue has great conference rooms and friendly staff at hand.

Stayed over Christmas 2016 at this property and what a disappointment. From unfriendly reception staff to scary décor which made us sick and saw us being moved in the middle of the night, from there on, it was just downhill. It fell like a downright rip-off to have good money to be treated in this way. There were no hairdryers,...

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Chalet were a pleasant surprise - clean, cozy and very private. A bathroom on either side of the room and outdoor shower. Food and spa treatment very good. Overall a perfect weekend away.

Easily accessible with wonderful chalets. Staff are very friendly. Very relaxing and quiet. Awesome place for a weekend getaway or just to unwind from the daily stress. The spa centre is also a nice extra to have although the main attraction was the chalet/resort itself. Definitely recommend it!

We are at Hakuna matata for our anniversary and it is the perfect relaxing weekend. The larger Kayas have a braai facility and outdoor deck which is perfect for a quiet getaway. Peaceful and quiet, the owner and staff particularly Johnson as friendly and accommodating!

We recently spent 2 nights at the lodge with 2 days of spa treatments. The rooms are spacious with 2 bathrooms and toilets as well as plenty cupboard space. A stunning outside shower. The food was top quality with enough to chose from on the menu. The spa treatments were relaxing with great staff.

Exhausted from my trip abroad, I booked a day spa treatment at Hakunamatata which was the best thing I could have ever done - I was absolutely pampered!!. My body felt hydrated, my skin had a glow and my muscles were relaxed. A spot of paradise with beautiful gardens in natural surrounding where you can hear the birds chirp. Thanks...
