The owners are super friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we know our way around... The lodge nicely situated, only a few minutes walk to the beach and with shops around. I wish we had stayed longer! We arrived in St Francis Bay for one night, after a very disappointing 2 nights in Mossel Bay. We immediately wished that we'd spent the whole time at Sandriver Lodge. The village itself is beautiful and peaceful, and the Lodge is a great welcome to the area. Mark welcomed us warmly and we spent...

What a lovely place to stay - conveniently situated with lovely hosts and super breakfasts. Add to this the resident owls, short stroll to the beach, restaurants or shops and what more could you want? We have already booked for next year so what does this tell you?

Great hosts, excellent breakfasts, convenience to the town, golf course and beaches made this a perfect holiday destination. The room was charming and the only thing that was missing on some hot nights was a fan! New year in St Francis is an enjoyable, hectic experience.
