What an amazing little get away for us. Even though we were there for one night only. I've recommended Thunzi countless times this past week. It super exceeded our expectations. The grounds was so well kept and our chalet was neat as a pin. The decor, furniture and finishes was stunning. As a decorator myself this was a pleasant surprise...

The staff were very helpful and the lake area extremely pretty but for a four star we expected a little more from our chalet. There are no restaurant/bar facilities at the lodge but the self catering facilities were very limited with a tiny bar fridge and a freezer barely big enough for a bag of ice. Also the overall cleanliness...

This place is amazing it's just you surrounded by nature all round. I love the log cabins very private and the weather was perfect it rained and we felt like we were in our own little bushy thick green paradise with sounds of crickets and all sorts of critters. I was in awe at the tranquility and peace I felt....
