A remarkable experience. Pumba by far exceeded our expectations both as to the game viewing and the accomodation. If you only make one SAFARI make it to Pumba! Our guide Tem was most helpful and patient with our questioning and never intrusive.

From the time we booked into this reserve the staff were excellent. We got there at 2.45 and went out on our first game drive at 3.30. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Our room was outstanding and the views across the lake to the plains where you could see some of the animals grazing. Lots of time...

We stayed for 3 nights in September 2016. We were met with a drink on arrival and immediately could see how friendly staff were. Nothing was too much trouble. We were in Lodge A which had great views overlooking a waterhole and we regularly saw baboons, monkeys, warthogs, impala and even a giraffe and elephant on some occasions. Rooms are...

The rooms were absolutely stunning. We split our stay to stay in the water lodge and the bush lodge. both were amazing, but it was fun to experience them both. Had a great time. the food was delicious, and the activities between the drives were a hoot. highlight of our south african vacation.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, staff were fantastic - everything just perfect. Wish we would have stayed longer. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff - they had the people skills and also the attentiveness one would want on holiday. The rooms are stunning - everyone was so helpful Thank you P[umba for a fantastic holiday

We stayed here for 4 nights as the last part of our honeymoon to South Africa. What a way to finish the holiday, we can't put into words how amazing the experience was! Managed to see all but the buffalo for the big 5 (very hard to find would you believe!), however it was made up for the fact we...

We stayed for three nights in Pumba, the accomodation was excellent and each night the staff had lit the log burner in our room which was great. We managed to see all of the big five and the Rangers have great knowledge and look after all the guests. The drinks and snacks served on the drives is a really nice...

Saw the big 5. Although the Buffalo proved very difficult to track down. Apparently this is because there are only 5. We did find them eventually though. We had an amazing time. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
