TL;DR: fantastic grounds, beautiful rooms and wonderful animals. However issues with housekeeping, heating, hot water and communication. Expensive stay so I expect better, but still a great experience. There are few places on earth that are as special as Pumba. I stayed in the Water Lodge in a fantastic room, with a beautiful view. Our room was rather cold however....

I second everyone else's comments about how good this place is. The little things make the difference, ie the hot water bottles etc. To add to everyone's comments. The monkeys really aren't an issue if anything it's quite funny to watch. Also the food is lovely so not sure how people have complained but every night there was a different...

Enjoyed the knowledge and professionalism of the rangers and the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. We did archery in the down time and I had...

Visited Pumba to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and what a great choice. We stayed at the Water Lodge and from the very first second the welcome and service was truly amazing. The lodge was warmed by log fires, the rooms were of a 5 star standard. We found the food to be first class and all the staff were...

We spent three nights here at Msenge Lodge. We were welcomed with forms pre-prepared, warms towels and a cold drink a good start. The lodge itself is of a high standard and has outdoor areas, a small dining area, a tv room, a bar, an outside fire to sit around and an indoor area with fire. There aren't many guests...
