All of the above is true - in December we get really hot weather, but the mornings and evenings does tend to get chilly. Most people wear shorts and take a fleece with on the game drives. There are also ponchos available on... More

There are binoculars in your lodge to view from your lodge while your in there , but should be taken out of your lodge. But the ranger has binoculars you can use while on the drive.

You will have a set of binoculars in your room (which must stay in the room) and when you go on the safari drive, the ranger provides a set between each couple. They are good quality binoculars.
