Excellent experience. Management of room staff needs tightening up. Our original ranger was disappointing. The second one was excellent. Overall it was a top class experience and the staff were accommodating and fun

Couldn't recommend the experience highly enough, we had a fantastic time on the reserve. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable about everything we saw and explained the tracking techniques he was using. He made the safari's much more interesting and real.

There are binoculars in your lodge to view from your lodge while your in there , but should be taken out of your lodge. But the ranger has binoculars you can use while on the drive.

You will have a set of binoculars in your room (which must stay in the room) and when you go on the safari drive, the ranger provides a set between each couple. They are good quality binoculars.

Good day, your room will be stocked with shower gel, body lotion, sunscreen etc. (all the basic toiletries you'll need) and there is also a hairdryer in every room. Warm Regards, The Pumba Team
