We stayed for two Nights during the national Arts Festival in a dorm. There was no wifi and no Secure parking as said on the Homepage. The Kitchen was not useable, too dirty and no good equipment. Staff was not helpful at all.
I stayed for two weeks when I first arrived in Grahamstown and although it was quiet it was nice and relaxed and staff were friendly. Good outside balcony area and good kitchen to use as well as clean rooms.
