Stayed at the Loerie Hide, in the Safari room, for one night on way to Umngazi River Bungalows and it was really great. The room was more than what I had bargained for, clean, mix of modern and antique, with breathe taking views and the service was also great. Sue, the owner of the B&B, was extremely kind and informative...

Stayed for 9 nights in the contemporary stone room. Room nice, with excellent bathroom with large bath and separate shower. Nice balcony decking, overlooking pool. Pool was cold, which was refreshing! Breakfast lovely each morning, and can't fault our stay. Highly recommended!

At the Loerie Hide Upon arrival, it didn’t look like much, but as you enter , you enter into an era of its own. The atmosphere was shick and classy, with massive panoramic windows generating gorgeous views across a lush green weald with its indigenous trees and exotic bird life. The reception area welcomes you with personal paintings by the...

The Loerie Hide is a wonderful bed & breakfast in East Londen, it resists in a small street and when you arrive there you think much of the place, but once you get inside and meet the hostess and have seen the amazing garden you would think of it as one of the most beautiful places you will find in...

What a wonderful experience staying in this upmarket, luxury B&B. I felt like royalty. It is a little bit of paradise. The garden is lush and the rooms are spectacular, furnished with exquisite pieces and luxurious bedding. Sitting out on the deck having breakfast I could hear the Loerie call. The owner is a serene and gracious hostess. The pictures...

I stayed in Loerie Hide's Rondavel while attending a conference. Although I arrived after dark I could already tell I would be in for a spectacular view the next morning. And I was not disappointed. The Rondavel is confortable and private, and even boasts a private, raised deck. Breakfast was delicious and both the staff and owner, Sue, attentive and...

We stayed here for a night as we needed an early start in EL the following day. We arrived late evening and our host was more than happy to show us to our room down the numerous steps in the dark. We stayed in the african room which was a great size but as we stayed in June it was...

Lush, green fauna. Tropical bird sounds. Fresh, natural smells. And that's all experienced from INSIDE the rooms! Susie Rainer, Monica and the rest of the LH team is genuinely dedicated to providing personal care and attention to guests. Nothing is too much of an effort to them. I felt treated, revived and "special" again after my stay at Loerie Hide....
