Friendly staff, amazing views. The hotel sits high on the hill and overlooks Jerome, a former mining town now full of art galleries, wineries, bars, and restaurants. The hotel has a unique feel, a combination of stunning views with an old haunted hotel vibe. The rooms are somewhat stark, but have great little balconies. Grab a drink from the bar...

I've always wanted to stay at this hotel since seeing on passing through town. Finally I did. I called the hotel directly to book my room - and obtained one of the 5 balcony rooms on the third floor - with a fantastic view of Jerome and the valley below me. When I arrived - the receptionist asked if I'd...

Quaint, fun experience for all. Dining is fabulous; and the haunted hotel experience, dedicated employees and ghostly tours make a stay here a treat worth experiencing. The views are most magnificent. However, the parking and walking situation could be challenging for some to maneuver.

We have been visiting Jerome for 45 years. Once we discovered the Jerome Grand, we have never stayed anywhere else. It's romantic and spooky and everyone ..,, guests and staff and ghosts .... is happy and friendly here. A Vally View room with a balcony is worth the up charge, especially if you want to sit out with a glass...

We have stayed at this unique place many times and enjoyed the clean quiet view, friendly people, great surroundings, and wonderful view. The place is a historic hospital in a historic former copper mine town and has been subject to continuous upgrading, the most recent a modern room climate control system. Highly recommend.

Having never traveled to Jerome AZ we felt that we needed to experience the Jerome spirit. An Amazingly Unique copper mining village on the mountain side. Many unique buildings, specialty shops, dining and relaxing opportunities. Something for everyone to reflect on and enjoy

My first visit & the staff couldn't have been friendlier! Wonderful, historic hotel with manually operated elevator. The Asylum Restaurant is top notch gourmet! I was there mid week & it was quiet & peaceful. Didn't see or hear any ghosts! I highly recommentd this hotel. It once was a hospital in the 1920's I believe. The town of Jerome...

The Jerome Grand is everything you would expect! It is old, creepy and brings in the Arizona spirit! Even though it is old and creepy it is very clean and the staff are great! We didn't get to experience any ghosts which was disappointing but we will be back!

This place has the reputation of being haunted. Being sensitive to these things, I can tell you it is creepy but not haunted. The ghost tour was fun but completely safe from otherworldly phenomenon. The room was less than I would have expected for the price. (Small, curtains falling, few towels, etc.) But the ambiance and the hotel's restaurant made...
