If you want to relax in a place that is far from city, near a lake, with good fishing, wild life such as elk or coyote, then this is for you. The hotel is a great deal for what is provided, cable, Wi-Fi, heater/ac, refrigerator. Just a few yards is the general store that has toiletries to camp stuff. Would...

I'm from Brazil, and I went there with my boyfriend's family (11 people) to the New Year. We stayed 4 days in a big cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV room with beds, fireplace room, kitchen etc, and everything was perfect. The cabin is very charmed, warm and the nature is beautiful. Good beds, good showers, equipped kitchen, big...

Stayed here very last minute for New Years Eve to go and enjoy some snow. Very nice and overall would recommend highly! Stayed in Motel room #5 wth a very comfortable king bed. The room has been recently renovated, with fresh pine boards on all the walls. New comfortable mattress, Direct TV in room and DVD player. Small corner with...

Pros: The location and view was perfect, the motel is minutes from Greer Lakes. Our stay was relaxing and quiet. Staff was very nice. Very neat cabin/primitive look and feel. Perfect fishing lodge. Cons: There is no A/C during summer months the rooms can get quite stuffy even on cool nights. The bathrooms are tiny and a little dirty. Spider...

Stayed in a cabin rental in the Juniper cabin which allows dogs. That, along with the location are the only good things I can say about the cabin. When we arrived in the early evening we discovered that the batteries did not work to the TV remote. We were unable to reach anyone by phone because the cell service is...

This motel is a modest place with all the niceties except a telephone. Lovely renovated rooms; we stayed in #5 with a king bed. The linens were fresh and felt new and the bed was very comfortable. We loved that they were pet friendly and we brought a coverlet as requested so our little pooch could sleep on the bed...

The cabin and surrounding areas are absolutley wonderful,,,The attitude from the store clerk and the supposedly best fly fishing private ponds in az was a joke. The clerk was rude and didnt really care to answer any questions about the private fishing. However the owners were very kind and even recommended that we didnt pay to fish in their "best...

The rooms have all the basic necessities. If you are a nature lover and just need a place to sleep, this is the perfect place. The little store is right next door - very convenient. They even had rental movies.

We stayed at the Lazy Trout Motel for a Saturday night in early February. We were in room #1 which is one of the renovated rooms. It had a nice "woodsy" aroma from the tongue in groove wood paneling. The queen bed was comfy with great linens and plenty of pillows. The overnight low temperature was 6 degrees but we...

We rented Greer Lodge Estates cabin 168 from Lazy Trout Rentals. I confirmed the address matches this motel address on trip advisor, but this company actually rents several cabins. We found our cabin to have quite a nice appearance and were initially pleased. However, there were a lot of small things that added up to a less than 5 (or...
