This was a nice place to stay and gamble if you are a smoker. The hotel claims to be non smoking but the ventilation system pipes in all the recycled air from the casino filled with the smoke smell right into your non smoking room. Bad filters maybe. Even the clean bed sheets smell like smoke. Non smokers beware if...

Had a wonderful time. Enjoy my stay every time I go there. Definitely one of my favorite places. It's the best place for good fun with my friends and great music to dance to, with great drink prices...and close to home.

Very nice and relaxing and fun place to stay. We celebrated a 70th, 50th, 21st and 16th birthdays that all happened this year. This was much better that going to Las Vegas and have a staycation; we live in North Phoenix. The rooms are clean and very spacious. We booked three rooms: 1 king room, a double bed room and...

Was in town for a wedding at the Sheraton resort, which I had originally booked out of convenience. An old friend staying at the casino hotel convinced me to stay (free shuttle to the Sheraton resort every 15 minutes or so), and I was concerned about the price difference (at first). After seeing the Trip Advisor reviews, decided to take...

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and of a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet, so perfect for a good nights sleep. We used the gym a couple of times, it was well equipped and we were the only people using it both times. The pool area looked really nice,...

Checked in and heard guys next door partying it up for a football game. Called down to ask for another room and they said they'd send security up instead. Went back to the room later and heard more noise. The next day I got to hear some dad smacking his kid and fighting. A colleague who stayed there said he...

Nothing to complain about here. Room was large, clean and quiet. We were on the 8th floor which gave us a great view. The pool was clean and warm, not crowded. Good in-room coffee, tea and free water. Good variety in type and price of Restaurants in the casino. Very few slots in the nonsmoking area - might be a...

My husband and I were invited and stayed for two nights comped, as WHP monthly offer for players' club members, AND we loved the place! We usually arrived early before the check-in time at 4pm, but we mostly got checked in without any delay or hassle. The front desk staff is always professional, friendly, pleasant and efficient. We asked for...

We stayed for two nights and were really impressed with the decor throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The place just sparkles and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and courteous - be sure to meet the Concierge (The Godfather). He knows everything about the area and is very helpful. The only negative would be...
